A lowering hum can be heard from the exit and the voice of the skeleton comes from just out of sight.
"Welcome Travellers Nine and Ten, would you like to get started with the tour?"
The axe bounces off the wall at an angle and gets stuck in the ceiling.
"I am sorry, but I am not allowed to release the barrier until Ten is active. Please wait for him to resume temporal stability."
((I'd suggest we "pause" until Krazaz comes around, or you could get creative...you should be strong enough to carry a bird man.))
The wall seems to ripple from the points of impact, and dull thuds are the only sound produced, but they are enough to catch the attention of the skeleton.
"Ah! Greetings Traveller Nine. I am sorry, but I cannot take the wall down yet as Ten doesn't seem to be active yet. If you need sustenance or waste disposal, please do alert me."
As soon as Yendak sits up, intricate carvings that span the entire room begin to light up with a faint blue light. Ealgen can now see well enough.
Yendak quickly discovers an exit. Kind of. He find himself bumping into an invisible wall, with a skeleton just beyond it.
The skeleton is at a desk, quietly writing into a book. It does not seem aware of Yendak, or even its surroundings.
BlueMaus, would you please update your inventory and add skill ranks. You should get 3 per level, 2 from your class and 1 from your intelligence modifier.
Kraz, you get 4 per level. 2 from your class and 2 from your intelligence modifier.
OOC and Sign up, 3 slots open as of posting: www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1939035-where-are-we-sandbox-pathfinder-campaign-ooc/
Some ground rules:
1. Don't be stupid in character. Having low intelligence or wisdom is not an excuse, and both of those should be average (10) or higher considering how many points you get.
2. I will be rolling all of the dice and describing the events in my posts, please trust me, I will include numbers if most everyone asks for it.
3. During combat encounters, please keep one post per round. Your actions will happen in initiative order.
4. More a warning, but this will be slower paced simply because it isn't live. Also, if you are inactive for a week without any warning or excuse beforehand, you will be dropped on the seventh day.
On to the game then:
Yendak and Ealgen awaken inside of a dark room. The surface they are laying on is hard, cold, and a little rough. Yendak finds that he can see quite well in the darkness, but Ealgen is as good as blind.
You are both lying on raised stone "beds", you both have your armor and clothing on, what is your first action?
Kraz, your point spread appears to be 6/6/8/2/0/5. I am going to assume that it is actually 6/6/6/2/0/5, with 18/16/14/14/10/15 being the actual scores. After that adjustment, accepted.
A lich, even an unwilling one, is well above the power level of characters I am asking for. Being Undead at all makes you immune to a great deal of things, and the added features of being lich just compound the issue even further.
So no, no lich.
Name: NinjaPope
Likes: Damn near any genre, I will generally play a silly character.
Dislikes: Emo e. I don't care about your inner demons and bla-di-bla
Activity Level: Depends. Usually checking a few times a day.
Type: Hardcore. I like detail, and a lot of it. I also like to dive into bad RPs and make a completely ill-fitting character.
40gp for leather, which will increase the horse's Armor Class by 2 with no downside, or 60gp for hide, which will increase the AC by 4, but incur a -3 penalty to anything based on dexterity or strength, and make your horse's base speed 35ft, versus the 50ft you get with light or no armor.
