Ok, lemme say some things about the guard applications.

• They accept guards when the need guards
• When you make an application for guard, put effort into it instead of putting in 1 sentence with 5 words
• Don't spam your application
• Stop asking when they will post another list of accepted guards

That's all.

Guys, dersagion said he used Nodus for sprinting only. Proof is because there wasn't Nodus on the non-guard servers. It's actually a pretty good app for guard

Ok, I know this suggestion has been said MANY times but I'm suggesting it again.

Guards should have enchanted bow
Or at least Infinity I or something. Some reasons are:
- I think the bow is handy when it comes to guarding because if your in B and fall in the fountain you can shoot anyone that attacks you etc.
- Infinity I would be extremely useful as then the prisoners couldn't pick up the arrows guards have shot
- The bow is very useful when it comes to long range, but when people in diamond armor (Sometimes p1- p4) it's hard to actually inflict damage
- If the bow had some kind of Power I - V then it would do more damage and maintain more balance in weaponry
- I, (Don't know if any other guard prefers bow over sword) prefer the bow over sword but I don't use it as it doesn't do much compared to the sword

Damn today is just getting worse and worse…
1. I lose lots of stuff I earned and 50k in the rollback
2. I decide to be a retard in the nether and after 4 hours of work killing ghasts (Not non-stop) I fall into a hole and die of lava
3. The rest of the day is still gonna happen and more things might come...

Why should you be unbanned? I regret this so much, even thought it was weeks ago. I thought the past wouldn't come back to bite me in the ass, But my behavior was intolerable. There isn't really much I can say. Except again, I truly regret this.

Any other information: This came to me by surprise, it was more of a "heat of the moment" then anything. I haven't thought about it since, and I completely understand if this gets denied, but I just hope you guys give me the option for a unlock at least, even though I don't deserve it one bit. I can personally promise nothing like this will happen again.

Why do you believe you?re suitable for the Moderation role?: I've been a part of the community for quite some time. I'd like to think I've gained the respect of most of the Free community, some in-mates, and hopefully some of the staff as well in my time here. While going out of my way to answer questions in chat, and help new players get started when they show intentions of making this their new server. I've largely studied the work of Chat Moderators in my time aspiring to become one, in these observations I've learned how to warn, mute, and ban players and what things merit this. I've also gone well out of my way to help solve serious problems in free involving hackers, dupers, and in general things that could cause harm to the server or it's economy.
Extra Information: I've been a B-Guard for a while, and I've also been a global moderator on the FPS Game Cube 2: Sauerbraten for 3 years. In my time there I have had a lot of good practice with moderating game servers.

Here's a question I, as well as some other guards, would like an answer to:

The guard rules state (in so many words) that if a Warden, or Chat Moderator is on the server, you're not supposed to mute spammers / advertisers / people breaking chat rules.

Does this mean if a Warden is online, and the chat is literally being DEMOLISHED by spam / rule breakers, and the Warden is clearly busy and isn't banning them or isn't at their keyboard, that we're supposed to allow them to continue?

Or that if a Chat Mod / Warden is on, but not talking in chat / indicating they are there currently, and someone says the "N," word or the "C," word and the Mod / Warden doesn't do anything about it we shouldn't mute them and report it on the forums to prevent them from breaking further rules while still getting them the appropriate ban issued?

I think the rule needs better clarification, or at least should be reconsidered for these perspectives.

As a guard, seeing the chat rules being broken and the only people who are online that can do something about it aren't available at the time being, it is instinctively the most beneficial decision for the server to mute the offender should they go on to break the rules without anyone acting upon it. (That's my personal opinion).

Why do you believe you?re suitable for the Moderation role?: I have been playing on KDC for almost 2 months now and because of this, I am beginning to grow bored of my normal humdrum position on the server. It is in my personality to always want to do more, to be a leader. I physically need to feel helpful, like I'm not just another face in the crowd. Because of that, I feel the need to begin pressing myself to guard, to apply for Mod. One of my favorite pastimes on the server to watch the chat. Some of my favorite things to do on the server leave me afked for sometimes very extended periods of time, and I often have nothing to do but moderate the chat while still playing normally. With a high typing speed I often catch spammers before Mods and Wardens do and warn them to stop before many have noticed the attack. As a Mod, I would have the ability to help the server even more than I already try to do. I am on almost all day on most days, and am online often when no mods are, even after a new wave. With a better understanding of the rules than most and confidence to admit when I am wrong and still make snap decisions no matter the situation, I know what is worthy of a mute, and a ban. I also have an extensive knowledge of the server and many plugins as I also run my own server. This means I can assist all new players in any way necessary. In short, I feel that I can perform to the greater benefit of the server as a Mod.
Extra Information: Because I run my own server on the side, I know what to look for in a Chat Mod and what qualities they should have due to my looking for them in my own mods. I am also an A Guard for Killion Detention Center and support it in every way

The Guard /kit guard comes pre-enchanted now, and with no way to craft diamond swords, why not allow them to sell their unenchanted diamond swords? I think A-Guards should be able to sell the unenchanted diamond swords that they take from prisoners.
Also, I have noticed that many guards, myself included, don't pay any attention to the /kit bow because of the little damage and next to no knockback it deals unenchanted. I think the bow should come with a power 3 enchantment similar to the sword, meaning that B and A Guards will also be able to sell bows, added to them using their own.

Gnarwhals, I've know you for a long time, but I've known Starzy for longer. You need to realize that Starzy is a female, and I know females can be strong, but words like "*****/****" usually offend them more than if you called a male those types of words. I read the way you said it, and I know it was an attempt to humor some players, but the words still mean something. Some things you cannot take back once you've said them, and this is one of those 'things'.

I talked to Starzy about these bans maybe a week ago. I was against the bans, and I clearly expressed that feeling while speaking with her. After hearing her side of the story, it made complete sense and I felt bad for even bringing the topic up with her. The bans, as said in a previous post, were justified. I know you understand this, but I thought I'd mention that once more.

Dear Starzy,

I want to start off by saying I am really sorry for what I have said about you. It was a fail attempt at humor. I know what I said was wrong. I was glad this happened for one reason, I use insult to much in real life and while playing games. I use them so much, I sometimes think they are nothing when I say them. But seriously they can hurt someone like you, who has been nothin but nice to me in all this time playing killion. It opened my eyes knowing that people who were extremely nice to me, got hurt by these insults I would throw out. I have signed a pledge saying that I will control my use of swear words and I will never insult again.

I know it is stressful running a server that big and I know some people have bad days. Those bad days are all people see in you. They rarely see what you actually do in the community. If I got a nickel for every nice thing you did and a dollar for every "bad" thing you did. I would be richer in nickels than dollars. Your nice actions are unnoticed and not talked about. Right now, I just want to say thank you for all the times you have helped me, made me smile, made me lol in real life, and sometimes even make me rofl.

On 5/30 I got banned for a insult directed toward Starzy. I know I should not have ever said that, nor even thought that. I just want you too look into your heart and know that I didn't mean what I said. It would make me a lot more happy knowing you know I don't think that about you.

He IS allowed in the courtyard if he a) sees a sword. Or is chasing you for a sword/to kill you. So, he is in the right. He is allowed into the courtyard since you had a sword. I don't see what that screenshot is suppose to prove. He didn't do anything against the rules in that screenshot.
