In our survival server we keep the players in mind as they make or break a server.
What we are looking for
Our staff must be atleast 17 years or older and have a clear mic to talk on.
We have a high standard on who we allow to be a mod or admin on our server for reasons such as being an effective staff member when given a task, Dont joke around too much as to not get what needs to be done, done.

What positions are we looking for
We are looking for a wide verity of positions.
Train Conductor - Manages all our train systems around the map.
Architects - You will mostly be using Voxel Sniper and doing land development (Must have used Voxelsniper before and know most commands for how to use it well)
Bukkit plugins coder - Making any plugins the server may need to stand out.
