posted a message on Military Abuse
Would you believe what your military forces are doing to people in other countries when no one is looking? Bear in mind that America is not the only country guilty of this sort of thing, but it should be noted that we are no exception to this sort of behavior.

It's sad how the news most times focuses on only what people want to hear when it comes to international affairs, and as you can see by what's going on in this video, some things Wikileaks did were to allow us to see the truth about what was going on in the Middle East.

I know that not all the soldiers are doing this, and I know that Wikileaks has crossed a few lines they shouldn't have crossed, but would we feel any better not knowing that innocent people are dying and our own military is behind it? Forgive me for being a bleeding heart, I just couldn't stand seeing this sort of imagery and not saying anything about it.

    Discuss.

I definitely believe so. It's pretty hard for the terrorists to fake killing people on camera, so it's likely that Osama is a real guy who really wanted to kill as many Americans as he could just to get his point across.
Ironically this thread is about Obama, not Osama. :tongue.gif:

I see nobody getting killed in this video. I'm not convinced. And yeah, no idea why we're talking of Osama... What I hear is that Obama's a great person, and loves his family. Plus he gets racists annoyed :wink.gif:

No, I was referring to the more graphic videos one can find related to people being killed on camera, but I'd rather not post those for two reasons:

    1. They are upsetting

    2. I don't want to get banned. :S

I wouldn't be as upset with Obama if he didn't end up going more towards right wing policies as his term went on, sort of defeating his point as running as a Democrat.

I'm not getting into the Iraq War. I was totally against that war to start with, especially since it had nothing direct to do with 9/11, which is the event that sponsored it's creation. Osama is still loose.. we ****ed up.
There is no proof of Osama even existing. Even though he probably does.. What if someone else is behind 9/11?
PS: I'm from Finland so I know nothing of USA's political moment.

Of course he exists, silly, who told you that?

This ****er. He's still alive, still running around doing God only knows, and we could have had him.

Yet, nobody knows if that is an actor. I believe only if someone gets real proof, other than videos and pictures. And nobody has told me to have my own mind, I grew up like this :smile.gif:

posted a message on Political Correctness
Political Correctness is a cancer, just like censorship, that tries to dull the reality of a world that's hardly politically correct itself. I don't believe we should all start swearing at each other like ninnies, but the rules in place suck and do nothing more than delay usage of negative terms rather than completely demonize them.

He's a sociopathic warmonger with no economic sense...could go left or right.

He has also recently invaded Syria. He has caused 2 wars over oil. At least Saddam was actually breaking our treaty with him by having chemical weapons, which are WMDs. Why can't the Russians just conquer the rest of Europe? It would set them straight.

**** I hit the wrong answer without reading the question.

Yes cheating is bad and I have a friend who's personally going through some serious **** with it. I feel so bad for them, but I can't really do anything about it.

    "Cheating? NO!

    Oh wait, crap!"
    -------------------

    Pretty much.

I need to avoid my OCD complex of "oh goody it's a poll about a controversial topic! Better click the option without reading anything."
