I have to say as well, I want a server which doesn't have a city, or a very, very small city at most. I want to be able to do my own shizz, eh?

I'm simply seeking a server, which has been legitly generated, has a good, but small community, and can provide at any time, 24/7. Prefereabley not RP, but it can be.

Yeah. Me again.
I can't get into minecraft.net. It simply says that I couldn't find the server, and none of the solutions seem to match the problem; which is seemingly nothing. I just, plain and straight, can't get onto minecraft.net.
Any help?

Making a new SMP server, the game started off pretty buggy, with two of my friends simply seeing a blue screen and a black hand. After disconnecting, and letting the map render for a longer time, it eventually worked; before we fell into a hole, under the sand. We tried digging up, seeing as this sand was denying gravity much like other blocks, but as soon as a block was destroyed, it regenerated itself within a split second, and not giving any drops.
I don't know why it's doing this, and any help would be good. Thanks.
