Just delete your bin folder, then re-install the mods.
EDIT: Make sure you run MC after deleting bin, it'll update then install your mods.

Do this.
Delete this: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods\
That folder usally containts old unused non-1.0.0 mods which crashes when using ModLoader.
