Because installing mods without forge is a pain?
Forge is much easier and makes everything compatible.

Please note: I am no longer using Adfly or any other ad services for my mods. If you've ever thought of donating, please consider doing so.
I now have a Patreon page! http://www.patreon.com/pamsmods
It's still pretty empty because I'm still learning how to set it up but if you donate/become a patron, it'll go to my Paypal account. If you have any suggestions of what I should put on there, let me know!DOWNLOADSSorry guys. The forum update broke the links, and I can't seem to fix them. They keep re-directing to the forum page.
Here is a direct link to all my mods together in one RAR file. You'll need to extract them from the file to use them in the mods file.

Updates
Feb 9th, 2014 - Happy New Year everyone! Sorry for my absence, but I've been looking for a job and dealing with my anxiety and bi-polar issues. I've been attempting very hard (see the last few pages of this thread) to update my mods to 1.7.2 but this update has been a disaster. You'll probably notice a LOT of other modders haven't updated either. We're trying but really, we all might have to wait for a much more stable version of MCP/Forge to come out or even for 1.8 itself!
Sept 28th, 2013 - HarvestCraft 1.6.4 v.1.1.4 (All mods now work with 1.6.4 - Tested with Forge1.6.4-9.11.0.898)- Fixed Raisins name- Added a way to turn on/off making salt from water buckets in the config

Trouble Shooting
Before you post any errors with my mods, please read the following:
If Minecraft comes up with a crash screen, or you look in your Minecraft Forge error log and you see the following in any fashion or combination:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Slot #### is already occupied by mods.AnotherMod.BlockAwesome@4436289f when adding mods.PamMod.BlockPamWhatever @3fa501b5
DO NOT POST IN THE THREAD. You are having a Block ID/Item ID conflict. Please open the config files for the AnotherMod and the PamMod in question located in /.minecraft/config/ in a program such as Notepad++.
Find the entries in both config files for BlockAwesome and BlockPamWhatever that is causing the issue. Figure out their Block IDs. Change one ID from the conflicting number to another number between 300 and 4096. Most often you can change the first or second number and be safe. Most of my mods use the IDs from 39XX to 4096.
Mod Packs
I hear by give permission to any non-profit mod pack to use any of my mods listed for Minecraft Version 1.4.6 or higher in their mod packs without needing written permission from myself as of January 28th, 2013. How Crops Work
Crops in HarvestCraft work by default a bit differently than in vanilla Minecraft. There are two kinds of crops--normal and re-growth. To find seeds for my crops, break tall grass or find bushes out in the wild.
Normal crops grow through three stages of growth (that takes a bit longer than vanilla wheat to go through eight stages) and when mature can be broken, dropping 2-4 items of that crop with no seeds. You can also turn on seeds dropping from normal crops in the config file (the normal crops will then drop one crop item and 1-3 seeds).
All of my crop items can be used as seeds when planting (think potatoes and carrots in vanilla Minecraft).
Re-growth crops also grow through three stages of growth and when mature, you can right-click on them to harvest a single crop item. The re-growth crop will then reset a stage to grow again without you having to re-plant.
If it takes more than 1/10th of a second to break a crop, it's not mature.

HOW TREES WORK
FRUIT TREE GALLERY
These pictures are for reference of the fruit growth stages only. Fruits can grow on three different types of trees depending on biome.
Weee! Flowers
This mod adds fourteen new flowers that generate naturally across the world, giving the game a bit more color. You can also use flower seeds to plant and grow more flowers just like wheat! In versions for 1.5.2 or higher, you can also craft flowering vines using three flowers on each side of the crafting grid to get six vines. In versions for 1.6.2 or higher, all crops now use a tile entity (so they take up 1 block ID) and if you have GalatiCraft installed, alien flowers will spawn on the moon! You can re-name flowers (normal and moon) in the config file as of 1.6.2
Read the Config File Directions and Recipe guide to get the most out of this mod.
Block IDs: 4000 Flowers, 4001 Crops, 4002 Moon Flowers, 3100-3115 Vines, Item IDs: 14001-14016, Config File: Yes
Would you like a flower pot that will work with my flowers (and even saplings)?
If you have GalactiCraft installed, Moon Flowers spawn on the Moon! (Set to 0 rarity in config to stop this)
Config File Directions
Spoiler:
Block IDs - You can set these up to a maximum of 4096.Item IDs - You can set these up to a maximum of 30,000(?).tallgrassdropsflowerseeds - Normally set to false, set this to true if you want flower seeds to drop from tall grass along with wheat seeds.flowerseedRarity - Normally set to 10, this makes flower seeds drop as often as wheat seeds. Lower this number to make them drop less often.flowerdirectlytodyerecipes - Normally set to false, set this to true if you want a single flower to turn into two dye in the crafting grid (like red and yellow flowers).redstoneflowerdyerecipeOutput - This number determines how many dyes you get from crafting the redstone + water bottle + flower recipe. Can be set as high as 64.flowerseedrecipeOutput - This number determines how many seeds you get by combining two flowers in the crafting grid. Can be set as high as 64.enablefloweringvineblocks- This turns on and off flowering vines in the game (only in versions of this mod for MC 1.5.2 or higher)
Recipe Guide
Spoiler:
The output of all recipes is determined by the config file above (except for dyeing wool). All recipes work with all flowers.
Temperate Plants
This mod adds in sixteen new plants that spawn in Forge Biome Dictionary biomes marked plains, forest, mountain, and hills. They are just for decoration and be planted on grass. You can use the config file to change their names and spawning rarity if you want.
Block IDs: 3077, Item IDs: ---, Config File: Yes
Mob Drop Crops
(Pictures when I have time)
This mod is meant for folks who like to play on Peaceful or who have taken mobs out of their game some other way. Bushes spawn in the world that when broken, drop a mob item. Blaze Flowers and Tear Chalices can only be found in the Nether. You can then take that mob item, combine it with wheat seeds, and get a mob drop seed.
Blaze Flower - Blaze Rod - Nether
Bone Pile - Bone - Deserts
Creeper Pod - Gunpowder - Forests
Ender Pedestal - Eye of Ender - Jungles
Eye Bush - Spider Eye - Beaches
Rotten Mound - Rotten Flesh - Plains
Slime Puddle - Slime Ball - Swamps
Tear Chalice - Ghast Tear - Nether
You must plant mob drop seeds on slow sand in order for them to grow. If a crop doesn't break immediately, it's not mature yet. All crops except the Creeper Pod and Slime Puddle drop 2-4 items upon breaking. Creeper Pod and Slime Puddle only drop one item.
Most of the crops grow normally, although the Creeper Pod grows like a melon/pumpkin (you must have slow sand around the vine for the Creeper Pod to grow) and the Slime Puddle grows like mushrooms (you must use a large patch of slow sand in order for the Slime Puddle to expand). Crops, pods, and puddles can grow slowly.
You can use the config file to turn off each of the 'bushes' generation and change the rarity.
Warning: This mod is super over-powered in a standard world with mobs.
Block IDs: 2830 - 2834, Item IDs: 12030 - 12037, Config File: Yes
DesertCraft
This mod adds in three new sets of tools (cactus - wood, sandstone - stone, and glass steel - gold), a new armor set (cactus - leather), sixteen desert-themed plants that only spawn in desert biomes, glass steel ingots (made from three glass and one iron), a glass steel window (resists explosions), and a recipe to turn cactus blocks into planks.
Glass Extended
This mod ads in glass stairs, slabs, and tile blocks.
Random Plants
This mod currently adds in a venus fly trap plant that generates in swamp biomes. They deal damage like cacti when bumped, but you can break them and re-plant them where you'd like. You can change their frequency and Block ID in the config file.
Mini Mods
Below you'll find all my small and simple mods that add very tiny changes to the world to make things a little bit better. =)

((I looked out among the sad wasteland that once was the Minecraft Forums. The wind blew softly, pushing my tears across my face and into the air. I breathed in, in a series of fragmented inhalations. I tried to put together words, but could only make tiny whimpers without bawling. I sighed as I rubbed my face dry. I try to inhale again, making a more complete gasp. I then was more prepared to release my thoughts from my stomach.
"Distant stars... come in black or red" I stammered, so softly that it couldn't be heard from more than a few feet away. I slowly inhaled again and I spoke again, with more of a melody to my tone, "I've seen their words inside my head~ ... They connect with the fall of man... they bring us in, and dive as deep as they can... ...There's nothing we can do for them... they are the force between when sunlight is arising... There's nothing you can say to them, for they are without a heart... And the space has been broken down." I collapsed down to my knees as the layer of salt water that has been developing in my eyes fall out as if the dam that has been holding them had been destroyed... destroyed just as the Minecraft Forums have been...
"IT'S BROKEN!" I belt at the top of my lungs "Our love is broken!" I planted my head into the dirt as I wailed with enough tears to create a river and enough volume to awaken the dead.
"Geez, what a drama queen" every one mutters. "So what they changed the forums? I'm pretty sure that the interface and bugs are going to be fixed eventually, and if not, it won't be that hard to get used to it."))

If you don't want to play in our court don't play at all; we're not letting you be a magic Tony Stark with a 'mysterious past' or whatever. Even if the characters don't know we as the RPers need to know everything about your character so that we can be sure you aren't going to break the universe later; get over it. Seriously, there are admins out there that will drive your app into the ground for how bland and unclear it is. Look at how well everyone else that was accepted filled in their apps, then try to rethink whether or not you want to listen or leave. You act as if we're trying to have you join, when in fact it is you asking us to join.
By the way, my keyboard is working again. I'll post IC soon. -

"I don't like purging. Hurts my stomac- whoa that felt weird," I had begun replying to the 'Raras', stopping when the teleporter activated to focus on the sensation that had just run through me. All my hair was standing on end, making me appear puffier than normal as I clutched my head to stop the tingling sensation I felt in it. "There's buzzing in my skull!" I shouted, and still crouched low to the ground I throw my head against the earth to try and rid myself of feeling.
After a moment the tingling faded and I let go of my head, shaking myself to depuff my fur then finally stood up. I'd never teleported before but I knew what it was, and I supposed it was something you just had to get used to since nobody else seemed to have the same reaction. My senses regained I began to look around at the camp we were in, the tents reminding me somewhat of home but the abundance of giant plants not fitting my memories in the slightest.

taleden posted a message on world seeds *CAN* be reverse-engineeredA long time ago, the /seed command was disabled for non-operators of multiplayer servers, to prevent regular players from discovering the seed of the world (and with it, the locations of all ores, temples, etc).Posted in: Server Support and Administration
However, it is in fact possible to discover any Minecraft world's seed with just a bit of exploration and about 8 hours on an average gaming graphics card.
This is not just a theoretical vulnerability -- I have written software which performs this brute-force analysis, and I have successfully obtained the world seed on a Minecraft server where I am not an operator and cannot use the /seed command. In fact I didn't even have to connect to the server, I only had to gather information that they (like many other major Minecraft servers) already made available to the public.
I have reported this issue to Mojang in a private ticket, but they closed my report in a matter of minutes because they say it is "not a bug" for players to be able to obtain world seeds even without using /seed. If you, the server operators and administrators in this forum, are concerned about your players being able to discover your world seeds, now is the time to make some noise to Mojang to address the issue. It is a very simple thing for them to fix (for newly generated worlds at least), they just don't think it matters enough to do so.
I have not yet decided whether to publish my source code; on the one hand I think it's quite interesting and could be educational for anyone else with an interest in GPU computing, but on the other hand, I have no wish to make trouble for server operators who don't want just anyone to be able to discover their world seeds. So, for the moment at least, this is just a public service announcement that multiplayer world seeds are vulnerable; I won't (yet) reveal the exact technical details of the vulnerability or publish my source code.
However, if anyone from Mojang, Bukkit, Spigot etc would like more information so that they can implement a defense against this attack, I would be happy to assist. - To post a comment, please login.

Yeah... thanks but no thanks. I'd rather keep it for other developers that actually have proof of their work.

Nice job, if I have some free time, I'll surely download it.

If no one hasn't noticed yet, a person on Reddit known as WolfieMario has pointed out something interesting. It seems that ever since 1.7.3, the code has been changed a bit, as he noticed. If you happen to name a sheep: 'jeb_', you will get a rainbow sheep, one that continuously switches from colours to colours. Try it yourself in your creative world. It only works in 1.7.3 though, and is case sensitive.
Here's two gifs to get an idea of what I'm talking about:
Now, if you shear the wool of the sheep, you only get the original colour of the sheep's wool, and not any rainbow wool of any sort. And that's the idea of the block of which I want to propose to you. The idea of an animated block in Minecraft sounds nice doesn't it? Especially since there aren't any other animated blocks yet(when using default resource pack).
Not only that, but it would also provide a new nice looking animated blocks for builders to use(like in discos) and even in adventure maps(checkpoints and treasure) and CTM maps(it'll be interesting to see how hard CTM mapmakers would make rainbow wool to get).
Other Suggestions
Cycle Through
As Deonyi has pointed out, this is an easter egg, and has given another suggestion. Basically, the colour of the sheep would cycle slower, and if you sheared the sheep at the right time, it will give you the colour of the wool it had when you sheared it.
Questions
Isn't this kind of OP for sheep to drop a block like this?
It won't, as name tags are harder to find than the average dye, considering that name tags can only be found in dungeons and through fishing. Fishing however only has a 0.83% chance of you getting it without enchantments.
This is in the wrong forum section. It should probably be in discussion since this is not something that should be added, instead it HAS been added.
I was proposing the idea that rainbow wool should be added, not the sheep itself.
Isn't the cycle through thing kind of OP? You can get all colours of dye just like that.
To let you know, name tags are a lot harder to get than most of the dyes. Like Lapis, you normally have to go caving/mining to get it. Bonemeal can be obtained by killing one of the most common monsters, and ink sacs come from a similarly common passive. The other base dyes can be earned straight from the overworld, in various biomes. Fishing for name tags also only gives you an 0.83% chance of getting it, so you'll have to be extremely lucky to get it.
Thanks for reading, and please comment on this idea. I appreciate constructive criticism.
