There are a few problems here:
1
You shouldn't create a new ItemStack, use the first argument of onItemRightClick.
This basic example works without issue.

In your ToolTableShapedRecipe class, where you have
public boolean matches(InventoryCrafting crafting, World world) { for (int i = 0; i <= 3 - this.recipeWidth; ++i) { for (int j = 0; j <= 3 - this.recipeHeight; ++j) {
try changing i <= 3 - this.recipeWidth to i <= 4 - this.recipeWidth since your recipes can go to 4 wide.

This is a great mod, despite difficulty to install and the research note LYING to me. (coming soon my ass, this thing is fully functional)
Also, the particles occasionally show the border.
Otherwise, great job, i look forward to more content.

This mod will not be updated for a while at least, as I am working on a new mod, TougherTools.
