Has this ever happened to you? Try to see if there was any unauthorized logins. If you cant find any unauthorized logins, the contact them again, give them the transaction ID, and ask for an email and password reset on the account, and give them the email and password you would like on the account. That's what I did when that happened to me Hope this helped!

I for sure won't switch until there will be support for microsoft accounts in MultiMC.

I ran my minecraft launcher through curseforge to download a modpack (1.16.5), and the download speed on the launcher seems to be about 3mb per/s and it's taken about 10 minutes to download 4mbs out of a 300 mb download. This is far too slow compared to my actual wifi speeds. What am i supposed to do to fix it?

Hi. I'm currently paying for a Realms Plus subscription for me and my friends. I'm having an issue where the game has been randomly crashing about every 20 minutes and all progress is lost. The server was working find a few days ago. Do you know what's causing the random crashes? The game is close to unplayable right now.
