I am a modder myself. And I know this issue. Currently I am working on a 1.11.2 mod. But this whole conversation is more like the Windows 10 and any other version.

What happends when a player dies? are the credits stored in a savefile? I mean that if a player dies with lets say all of his currency, he would lose it all. That isn't very good...
You could try to make the item undestoryable, because if players die a lot with currency in their inventory the amount of currency on the server goes down. But only up when new players join/admins to cheat them in. That is not the way a currency should work right?
You might want to rethink this part. But as far as I have seen that was the only flaw. (And the hopper thing you can just disable that, or only take input and never output).
- The Stonecutter is not working anymore "Since version Alpha 0.13.0 it no longer has a purpose." And it's so cheap, so it's not really need in my perspective.
-The Monster spawners however are a really nice addon for my mod. (I will look if no other mod does that and add them thanks).
- The Cauldron on PC has crafting recipes for tipped airows but it indeed would be cool to override that. (I will add it on the end of the bucket list). The same as with the leather armour. You can dye without the use of the cauldron.
- The piston is or flipping a variable and it's done, or I have to re-write the whole piston in order to get it working. (I will see how it goes).
- leather horse armour crafting recipe. (Considder it done, I will add that right now).
For more info my mod is called Universal Cache (I haven't made a link though on curse yet). But I will keep you updated :).

Observer ("The Observer block is a BUD (Block Update Detector) block that will send a short Redstone pulse if the block it is facing gets updated (mined, placed, etc.). They are placed like Pistons."), This is on the other hand a really usefull block. this will be added to my mod aswel.

My question would be why not play 1.10 or 1.9.4 even 1.8.9 was ported. You just used a outdated version of minecraft. And you first need aproval from the original mod author.
Btw all the modpacks I make are 1.9.4 or 1.10.2 right now. (As psi is also for 1.10.2).

- The Invisible bedrock is only obtainable by external programs and I think dat the barrier block is the same.

This is already in vanilla minecraft. Click in a world on stats (Escape) You can see a lot of info there.

I have found something like a bug in NEI and nuclearcraft:
the crusher, if looking up all the ore's that can be crushed, keeps spinnning the recipe to the next.
That should be static right?
Also the crusher can't crush IC2 uranium but the recipe said that it could (bug)?
