Sorry Declined still, I just don't like the fact that you skimmed the first time around, how can i trust someone who has shown they cannot even do the simplest of tasks to begin with on a server with our creations we have spent time creating so far...
Also your builds are ALL in cobblestone, now i am not one to go so far as ban cobblestone builds but it is the easiest block to come by and you have not made it into anything special.

I apologize for not reading the description the first time, I made an effort to make up for it. I understand that you don't like the builds and would not want my help for a spawn zone. stone bricks were not in Minecraft when those were built, and using smooth stone to build floating structures is very frustrating because they can only be placed once and return to cobble when picked. The other three have no cobble. And wood is the easiest block to come by.

I was very excited at first to see your server and couldn't wait to put up an app. If you would still have me, I would very much like to play. I promise not to make an ugly cobble square home.. :)

I wrote this post because I cannot edit my previous one, "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community." I think it's a forum bug.

I have 51 golden apples in my first screenshot, but the materials were all gained vanilla. The folks on the Remuria server are both kind and scared of baddies, so they gave me apples for braving the caverns while we dug for ore.

Declined you missed a important feature in your application, also read the first post fully.

    Sorry! I skimmed. It's true.

Also, if you would like someone to help you build the spawn, I can help. I have some screenshots here, of builds I have done in survival vanilla. I've made quite a lot more, but never got into the habit of capturing them..

What Do you want to do on the server: Build structures, roadways, railways, and farms
About you: I live in Florida in the States. I've played Minecraft since I discovered it in 2009, when the only playable version was Classic Creative. I came for the lego-style brick building and stayed for the little (now massive) rogue-like game inside of it.

Would you be willing to hop onto a voicechat program when online? Yes. I'm familiar with TeamSpeak, Ventrilo, and Mumble

Have you ever been banned previously? I have never been banned. Most of my Online experience was spent on Remuria, and their Mumble server. That and a lot of other whitelist servers I played on have all shut down, so I'm looking to start fresh in a wholesome environment.

So there are going to be boats in the game...

But as far as Minecraft is soon, the open ocean is a relatively safe place to be. I mean, why would you even need a boat in the first place? You can swim if you really wanted to go somewhere. So, let's make the ocean a little more interesting!! And by interesting, of course, I mean deadly.

*I assume we will have fish to... fish. But what about big fish? I mean BIG OL' seamonstery types, that can eat a man alive! You can craft a speargun and harpoons and attach it to your ship to hunt these suckers. Having eaten many a brave adventurers, a felled seamonster might drop some priceless bauble from generations long gone.
-They only spawn in "deep water", and leave a dark silhouette on the ocean's surface.
-Possible drops: Tough scales with which you can craft armor, necklaces & jeweled accessories, sharp fangs that can be used to tip arrows with, an orb of water that can be used to make water sources (very rare)

*Out in the open waters, be it night or day, nothing can really jeopardize you and your boat. Except for pirates. They come out from the fog; a band of dastardly, swankering drunken ol' scallywags in their swift pirate galleon. They would like nothing more than to board yer ship and take all yer booty!! But steel yerself, lad, for a pirate ship could have more treasure than one could stuff their coffers with. Or maybe just a couple barrels of rum. Not all pirates are good at being pirates...
-Pirate ships will occasionally appear in large bodies of water
-Their ship spawns pirate mobs, at nighttime, they are undead pirates and quite hardy. (But also drop better loot!!)
-Possible drops: Scimitars, a pirate hat, a parrot (squawks when mobs are nearby?!), gunpowder, gold dubloons

Oi! Those are a lot of suggestions. D:

Basically, it makes building things on a larger scale much simpler, or even just modifying the wall of something that already exists.

IMO, implementing things like this takes the challenge and workload out of building massive structures and caves, which makes them less impressive to behold. One of the best things about Minecraft as a sandbox game is that it takes easily hours to build pretty much anything, which is why people like it so much. Although this is from someone who actually can stay up until the wee hours of morning doing it. Other people simply don't have the time.

Those meteors are really really awesome.

This is an underground cavern (more like city) I've been working on for quite a while now. It's not even finished yet! But it's awfully close.

You see a strange looking building, nothing too impressive. But there's a gap in the middle pillar. What could it be for?

You drop inside a hole under the pillar...

And find something much more massive.

The water acts as an elevator so you don't have to climb back up!

You exit at a modest structure not too far from where you started.

This was built on a private server, which has its occasional "moments" (exactly the ones you're thinking of), but it's very tall, and water exists only on the surface. If you want server infos, send me a Steam message (1hitblunder), or email me (1hitblunder at gmail dot com).

    posted a message on Profiles
I wanted to make another thread regarding this, but I didn't think it warranted one:

Your profiles should also list some stats about your playing:

    -How many blocks you've created/destroyed
    -Favorite block (most built)
-Classification based on blocks built/destroyed (builder or miner)
    -Distance fallen
    -Number of jumps

    etc...
