If that's true, then BOYS shouldn't play them either lol. BTW are you a boy or a girl. PROUD TO BE A WOMAN! (15)

I meant it more as the gender does't matter. Everyone should just identify as "gamer" (If you like that term, I understand some down).
    I'm also a male.

I got brutally mad at my computer/minecraft when I first played because I couldn't chop wood! Then, I google searched it and I had to hold down my mouse NOT rapidly click.

Took me about 5 minutes, I got pretty frustrated as a 12 year old haha.

No. Girls should not play games.

Gamers should play games, forget gender, forget age. Enjoy the game.

We all have the same interest so why not just play the game?

posted a message on Dark Souls not a hard as you would think
I actually disagree, I find Dark Souls II much harder then 1. I mean they're both pretty difficult but I found Dark Souls 1 a lot harder. Maybe it's just because that was the game I enter the series with. Even going back though I still find 1 harder than II.

    Uh, a few things.

First off this game is hard, I don't care what anyone says about this game being easy. It's only easier if you cheese the game.

Also the invaders that die to cheap weapons and spells are the bad players. Don't feel so good about yourself.

also seems like you like tooting your own horn.

Sure, if you aren't into risky and creative video games I guess you're right.

(Not sure you to quote you properly, sorry.)

I am talking about indie games as a whole. If you are taking the best of the best sure, I'd say indie games over AAA games any day of the week but you have to look at all indie games and all AAA games and decide that way.

(Sorry for the double post still getting use to the new layout.)

Actually, looking at Goat simulator it looks kind of fun. The fact that your character is a goat seems kind of unnecessary since otherwise it's just this massive sandbox. As I recall it's cheaper than GTA and that is what many people enjoy about the GTA series. It eliminates some of the "anti-fun" of GTA in terms of open-world interactions.

Rock simulator though, definitely looks dumb.

I'm not sure if either game should cost anything. Goat Simulator looks like it simply injects a goat into some existing game's engine, and Rock simulator looks like it just stuck a controllable rock into something run using Morrowwind's game engine.

Looking at Goat Simulator- It looks better than countless AAA titles.

I've played it and it's honestly one of the largest wastes of money and it's barely even a game. One of it's features is bugs for christ sake.

...Not in any world are indie games better.

Rock sim and goat sim are both horrible games and are the worst examples of indie games.

2 is better than 1, I prefer them both equally, actually I love all souls games equally.

Goat Simulator, I know I am not the first to say this, but I am going to be the first to give a good reason.

First of all, the ragdoll physics are broken, the world is not big. There is not much extra content besides being a different goat. The point of the game is to run into things and bounce, it is like a more expensive version of the "Amazing Frog" on Ouya. It isn't very funny that if you touch a car it explodes.

THIS BEING SAID: I do like other games where random things happen, such as Saints Row, but I just don't understand Goat simulator, so that's that.
I don't think everyone loves that game. Maybe I'm wrong on that.

I really like it! It's great for your first game.

I few things that I'd work is the HUD. The buttons I'd get an artist to do ASAP. It's something I've gotten a lot of feedback on that they look cheap in all of my games and I never really thought of it.
I can't wait for you to get an artist so the game looks fully made (assuming you are still going to use an artist). Best of luck to you and your project.

I know advanced amount of Javascript and know the insides and out of Unity3D. I work with a studio called Team Grease (Temporary name) and we're looking for artist, modelers and coders. We have one of each but we want to be able to get projects done faster. We've worked on prototypes that have gotten positive feedback and always need people to think of great ideas and mechanics. You have a great idea and you said you can do pixel art. Right now we are working on a project called project grease and we might be able to get two games on once if we get two or more people. We'll have two artists and we can get a lot more done that way. If you want to all work together on this game you have you can message me or just reply here and we can talk here, totally up to you.

If not good luck with your game, it's a super great idea.

Playing CS:GO it use to happen a lot. At the low ranks everyone thought everyone was hacking but they were just bad. Now being at the middle/upper rankings everyone is very friendly about others skills and mostly compliments others. I take being called a hacker as a compliment not an insult.
