...I currently attend a Catholic school and I have to admit that religion class can be pretty annoying at times, mostly because my school has this wacky idea that every student should force religion classes on us. Now I don't mind growing in my faith, the prayers, the celebrations, or even the service hours the school has extended to junior high classes. But the quizzes and exams...It just seems pretty redundant to me, to memorize religion-related facts that won't apply to us later in life unless one of us wants to pursue being a priest or a nun. Apparently the rest of the class I sit through agrees with me too, because I hear a lot of people complaining about it. Especially in the class itself. -

At the time, I thought it sucked. But I was also a moron. Then again, if you can't look back 13 years and say "I was an idiot" that's only because you still are.
Anyway it's an interesting tale. We were very poor and at some point my parents sold my SNES, N64, and all my games. Including the ones I had bought myself.
With not much else to entertain me I dug out an ancient '286 from the closet. I fixed it up and used it to edit my website using DOS Edit. (No, not the one I have now, not even close)
Because of this I started to hang around in the main computer lab since I had questions and the teacher there was happy to answer them and help me out with learning. I pretty much figured out what all my electives would be- CS stuff.
Long story short I figured out what I was good at and what I was going to do with my life. All my grades improved from barely passing C-'s, and for Grades 11 and 12 I was on the Honour Roll. And now, almost a decade later, I now make a living programming.
I was however lucky since that CS teacher basically encouraged me to keep going. For grades 11 and 12, School was an absolute breeze and something I often even looked forward to. The last Semester of Grade 12 was dead simple. Out of four periods I had 2 free, and I had CS AP 12 and Math 12 for the other. I can only guess that any number of these events contributed to the tapestry of my current life, going all the way back to my Nintendo Consoles being sold. -

I initially created this Palace as a spawn for a server's new and improved Creative Server. However, it was never used, so I am putting this up for the world to see! I have not worked with the 43:9 sandstone block before, but I do enjoy it a lot. I wish "secret" blocks like this would be available in the creative inventory so more people could use them.

I believe those two guys were under the influence of drugs (not sure if I'm allowed to be specific here). The drug boomed, and was all over the news several years ago.

The curriculum doesn't revolve around you. It revolves around students as a whole

Happened to my cousin once. Thought he broke his keyboard. Pressed enter, and we saw all the QWER spam in all-chat. We all laughed.
Main fail - Messing up a backdoor in League. Inhib spawned before the final blow to the nexus.

Exactly. Why are people comparing two completely different games? If it was a comparison between DOTA and League, sure. But an MMORPG vs a Sandbox? I don't get it.
This vote is pretty biased because you're comparing RS to Minecraft on the Minecraft Forums.
Honestly it depends on what game type you're into. At the moment RuneScape is pretty garbage, just because of all the stupid updates that have occurred.
