My name is Saaed, I've been working on Minecraft servers for over 10 years now. I have experience in all aspects of running a successful server and keeping an active and engaged community both in-game and on Discord. I've always been interested in hosting my own server after having to work on so many others without having the feeling of creating something great myself. This is an opportunity to work on a truly great project that can lead to a truly great community.
What am I looking for:
I'm looking for a dedicated experienced developer (+18) that has (at least) basic knowledge of Java/Plugins development/coding. Must also be highly skilled in setting up and configuring plugins. Most plugins will be focused on detecting and preventing "Hacked Clients". This developer will also work alongside myself as a partner on this project and will share future profits. I will not be paying you to work, I will be investing my own money to get us the resources we need to get this project going and when profits start coming back, everything will be invested back into the server, However; you'll be paid most likely on a monthly basis.
The Project:
The basic idea of this project is to allow players to play the game (Minecraft) the way it is intended to be played. Think of 2B2T, but cleaner... Anddd without the hacked clients. We can chat about this idea more in detail later on but this is just something for you to keep in mind and to realize that this idea might've been attempted a lot before and had failed, me personally, I've worked on this and I'm experienced enough that I'm very optimistic that this will become something great.
