the XRAY, Minimap Entity, and Fly will be disable by default since 1.8. I can make sure that it could enable that if server wanted.
Read it before report crash.
Crash report must content java exception, and the version that you use.

Some of these mods need to be installed in the Forge jar, for some reason, they do not work when installed in the mods folder.
After running the forge installer, you should have a new folder in your versions folder called 1.6.4-Forge9.11.1.916.
Open that and open the 1.6.4-Forge9.11.1.916.jar that's there in 7zip. Open the following CJB zip files in another 7zip window and drag the entire contents of each of them to the open Forge jar 7zip window: CJB.zip CJB_MAIN.zip mod_cjb_cheats.zip mod_cjb_items.zip mod_cjb_mobfilter.zip mod_cjb_x_ray.zip
While you have the Forge jar open in 7zip, delete the
folder that is there.
The rest of the CJB mod zip files can go in the normal mods folder.Now, when you run the launcher, select and/or create your profile that is running the Forge version you just installed.
At the bottom of the window is the JVM Arguments box, check the check box next to it to activate it and enter this in the box:-Xmx1G -Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true
The -Xmx1G is probably already there, but you need to add the -Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true parts in order for Forge to ignore the fact that you have modded the jar.
I have tested this in Minecraft 1.6.4 and it works (including xray and fly), running along with a few other mods as well.
I have noticed a crash in the item spawner inventory, but that is probably due to the other items added by mods not rendering properly, but it doesn't bother me too much.I have also found the same thing goes for Magic Launcher:
The same mods must be installed in the jar (top part of the window) and the rest can go in the mods folder for Forge to find at run time.Hit the advanced tab to enter the Forge commands to ignore modded jar errors:

if you do not need full version of CJB, you need to alter the mod by yourself.

2.) Patch the fresh 1.7.2 with the recommend forge version
3.) Put the PlayerAPI.jar into the .minecraft/mods/ folder
4.) Extract the content of the CBJ.zip into any folder of your choosing.
5.) Open Magic Launcher and click on Setup
6.) Choose the Forge with the recommend version as Environment
7.) Click on Add on the right side and navigate to your extracted CBJ files - Add all of them.
8.) Now click on advanced and put the following parameters into the "Parameters" section.
-Xmx1G -Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true
9. ) Click on OK and launch Minecraft only with Magic Launcher - Thats it, you're done

1. install forge by forge installer or install the modloader according to the modlaoder install tutorials.
2. go into the .minecraft/versions/1.6.2-Forge9.10.0.789(forge version)
go into the .minecraft/versions/1.6.2ML(modloader version)
3. install the Player API.
4. extract the CJB.zip, and drop those file into 1.6.2-Forge9.10.0.789.jar(forge version jar)

5. if you are using forge version, you need to add two argument to let the forge run normal
-Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true
6. drop the other file into mods/ folder
7. than run minecraft

3.Put the CJB.zip inside the zip
4. put the other MOD at mods directory

if you do not have custom texture, just zip the textures directory.
and using that texture file in the game
Server Side Enable:
this feature is already done at the original CJB Pack and this is not remove code. just provide control for the server side. Make sure there are a blank in the end of the line, or you will has only five.
