Okay, got it. I'm going to wait to build this until winter like someone suggested. Please don't reply to this, unless you have amazingly good advice you need to tell me. ;P
Well, the CPU doesn't come with a fan, so... And I'm also playing more than just minecraft. Or planning to, anyway. Haven't really checked since my mom has a celeron as a cpu. And integrated graphics. It hardly plays minecraft on an 8x8 texture pack. It's pretty much is the only game that is possible to play. I'll change the storage and the PSU. Thanks for your help.
Edit: Any modifications?
I'd rather get a pretty good build now, and then when it comes down to the winter, it'll be even cheaper. Or less expensive. Depends on your view of things.
Edit: I forgot to mention I will be buying this in the winter. Will the prices go down as a Christmas special or something or up as an attempt to make more money?
Again, changing my build. 4GB of RAM will have to do. The FX-6300 performs better than the AMD Athlon x4 in all areas And I had to get the price down. So will this graphics card do good enough if I have antialiasing on plus shaders? If shaders affects it a whole lot, I'll settle for Paolo's Lagless Shaders
So, the radeon 270x wouldn't end up bottlenecking the cpu? I was just wondering because it's a $200 card. I'd rather not get the FX-6300. Minecraft is mainly a single threaded game, and I heard even optifine doesn't even do too good of a job optimizing it. Also, don't most games utilize only about 4 cores? I know you could put all of the system processes on those two, but I doubt it would help significantly. So the build would end up like this?
Like if you had a nvidia card you would go to programs and then find javaw.exe. You can find instructions on how to do this online. Just google "how to add minecraft to gpu" without the quotes. The reason you do this is because nvidia/amd doesn't recognize minecraft as a game so it runs off of intergrated graphics.

Edit: I am also going to try to overclock, but at stock voltage. So that's why I am getting the Hyper 212 EVO.
