Some of the stuff really looks nice here :smile.gif:.
@Radkit:
The image you've used on the right in your wallpaper is definitely from a deviant art profile....so I'm not sure if you should be using it. You aren't claiming it as your own work though, so I dunno. Depends on you. Just be aware that Deviant Art work is not considered stock (unless it is labeled as stock of course).
Mutabulis is close. What you're looking for is an XOR gate.
The input levers are clearly shown. The output will link to the door. If you swap to a double door, all you need to do is split the output line to two lines and invert one of them using a redstone torch before linking both of them to their respective doors.
One thing before you send the invite though. How exactly does the cooperative play work? Do you have to form your own groups before hand, or will the game shuffle you into groups?
Or you could use the BigBrother plug-in. Using it you can watch specific players, recording all their actions, and if they do something you don't want them to have done, you can roll-back just their changes.
Momentum won't be a problem. He's resetting the minecarts using his clock timer.
@OP:
While your system undoubtedly works, and it works pretty well, you do know there's a much simpler method for resetting the minecarts using gravity right? :S
Ah right. Well, it depends. If the pieces don't suit your world's theme, then you don't have to use it. Maybe you could make different sets of paint files, medieval, modern-istic, futuristic, mixes, etc.
Anyway, here's a sample image of one banner that I'm done with:
Alright :smile.gif:. I've made 2 banners and one speaker (the speaker is shamelessly copy-pasta'd). A speaker might be wierd I know, but I thought it would be useful for jukebox / dance-room set-ups. Whether or not you use it is your choice. I won't be uploading the img file just yet, want to do more work on it first. Could you please give an updated .jpg with the borders though? One with the 2x2s outlined. Also, when creating the art, do I cover the borders as well or do I leave them be?
Edit: AndrewJohn gave me a nice idea :smile.gif:. I made one more generic banner. Now I'm working on a set of 4 banners for different clans/castes/systems. Basing it on the Buxville caste system.
Nice. I was wondering when someone would get around to doing this. :smile.gif: I've made a few textures and skins myself, I think I'll contribute some stuff to this pack. Give me a little time. Also, can I make stuff other than banners? Things like curtains, wall hangings (fish, crossed swords or axes), etc?
By junk processes, he implies that it is left unused while you play a game. This isn't always the case (I occasionally ALT-TAB out, depending on the monotony of the game), but usually, it's pretty useful to temporarily end explorer.exe from the task manager to free up more processing power.
Even though explorer.exe might only take some 4 or 5 mb of RAM in your task manager menu, it does take quite a bit of processing power to maintain. Ending explorer.exe is harmless (so long as you know how to start it up again) and really helps for those who have lower end processors.
Ok this is pretty darn cool. GJ with it. One question though....
Let's say I configure it so that it places the block one space below my target place. If I then try and place a block on solid ground, what happens? :S
Lol yeah spelunky is stil loads of fun. Finished the game a few times (not more than 10 though). Got all the shortcuts too. After a while of constantly playing and dying, my platforming tends to get extremely reckless, but it all works out :tongue.gif:.
Nice. I personally like your larger art pieces a lot better than your tags. The tags themselves are mostly ok to good. There's the occasional bad blending or typography that messes it up though.
Use [img] tags to display larger pieces of art. Also, it's spelt 'design', not 'desing'. Not sure if that was mistake was on purpose...
I did notice that clocks created now that short out... logging out and in seems to "fix" them. Very odd.
Availn (posted right before this) is correct.
Also, referring to the quote, if at any time a torch burns out, due to a looped on/off that's too fast, it will remain burned out permanently until you quit the game and reload it. The position itself is permanently "burned out", meaning if you pick up that redstone torch, throw it away, put a new one it it's position, it will burn out, so long as you haven't reset the game.
Also, the minimum loop for a clock is a 5 clock. In certain cases it's 6, due to ^^^^ (look at the above post).
