Hello, everyone!
I'm looking for suggestions for a good minecraft server. Here's what I like in a server:
1. FRIENDLY ADMINS- I don't want admins who respond 10 minutes late or don't respond at all. I also don't want admins who get annoyed easily.

2. Some sort of shop- I don't care what kind of shop it is, as long as it works.

3. Free build- I don't want someone telling me what I can build and what I can't or how I can and can't. (besides 1x1)

4. Protection from griefing- Because we all want to log in and just type: WTF?!?!??

5. A currency system- Goes with shop.

6. Populated but not too populated- I'd like possibly 10-20 people at the most.

7. Creeper & TnT protect- "Dude it looks beautiful!" "I know, right?" ssssssssssssssssssssss "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!"

Optional in a server:

Factions- I'll play any server but I think factions are cool :smile.gif:

Fresh server- I like to play on a fresh server (specially if I get to be op or admin)

I've been thinking about something lately and I think it would be cool to make a Minecraft strategy game. I mean like Starcraft (or even as far back as Impossible Creatures if any of you know what that is). Technically, it's a 3rd person game where you command you units to gather resources or attack your enemy. Maybe you start off with one default skinned Minecraft character and you command him to chop trees for lumber. His base is a small shack and he brings the lumber back to there. Now the base will also act as a workshop. You purchase buildings and possibly even more little gatherers. You could build a barracks and make an army of armed troops, starting with a wooden sword going up to a diamond sword. Maybe even archers. Your enemy could be anything really. This may seem like a dumb idea to you but THINK. Minecraft is full of resources and it's just practically begging for a game-style like this. Make some miners and they can gather coal to get torches to warn off the creatures of the night or just light the path (While also tracking minerals and other useful rocks). I know I didn't explain it all but I'm sure some of you have played a game like this. I'd appreciate if you left a comment below saying what you think and giving tips :smile.gif:. It might just attract some attention and I want this to become a game so I can play it because I love this style of game. Thanks!

How many servers do you participate in? and do you have your own server? A couple, looking for a really great server to stay on though. I own a Hamachi server but I don't care to advertise it.
If promoted to Admin how many hours a day will you be on the server? Same amount as I would a normal player if not more. If you do make me an admin I will love you forever though.
