From what your saying, here is what i can conclude, and what i can advise.
Conclusion - You are upset because people are not accepting you for admin/moderator positions because you lack experience in these fields, and want to know how you can gain experience if noone will take you for a admin/moderator.
Advice - Im still new to minecraft, but stuff like this can and personally has been applied elsewhere. First off, understand what the position you are applying for does, clearly and fully, and second, All you can do is just tell him/her that your applying to flat out that, you have no previous experience, but you know just what the position entitles, and you would like to start gaining valuble experience as a admin/moderator on their server. Stuff like this has happened to me before in different situations in different games, but all with the same mask.

Sup, im Moist_Mealworm (Aka. Nathan), im 18, and i consider myself mature, but i like to (attempt) to be comical. Would love to know if anyone wants to do a lets play. Just a little about myself, im 18, so naturally i have a job and im doing college. I get off at 6:00 PM everyday (Central Standard Time) Except for Friday's and Saturdays, im off at 2:00 PM. Though i do have homework/test studying, but i can do this while having some fun on Minecraft . I have a Steam/Skype/Teamspeak/etc. If anyone's interested, just let me know, and yes, i do have a mic.

3. Previous Known Bans, and a short summary explaining how a full stack of gravel would of solved the problem: No previous bans, and im still new so, whats Gravel ?

5. Favorite Color, and bahhhhhh: My favorite color is Grey, and bahhhhhh to you to.
6. Thinking Outside the Blocks... Take up a stance in the defense of a griefer who has just raided a tree farm without replanting any saplings: Simply put, the griefer is new to the game and did not know he was supposed to replant the saplings.
7. Don’t you just love filling out application? Like totally: Ain't so bad
8.Last but not least... What would make you a valuable asset to this server ?: Well, honestly, i can't give a good honest reason as to why i would be any special benefactor, but i would like to say that i would love to be part of a growing community to learn the game with a respectible, loving community.

Well, im Nathan, im 18 and im new to minecraft aswell (If my post count couldnt give it away), but i know the basics (Played the single player a bit) Would always love playing with someone where we can learn the game as we play I would say i am mature for my age, though i like to *attempt* to be comical here and there.
