The trees grow all willy-nilly, as do the hills, and they're too realistic in that it's quite easy to be so obstructed that you have to go a long way around to get through.

Use vines, break leaves, walk around trunks. More of a case a being lazy.

The first bug just sounds like input lag, but the fall damage is interesting.
    Did some testing
2.5 blocks does zero damage 100% of the time, two blocks and a half slab.
3 blocks does .5 hearts of damage 6/10 times with full hunger, 4/10 times without interestingly enough.
So about 50% of the time this discrepancy occurs.

The thing about jumping off of fences is that you are higher than 2.5 blocks at the peak of your jump.
If you watch your co-ordinates you can see the steve jumps about 1.25 blocks.
So really when you jump off a fence you are falling 2.75 blocks, which is enough to trigger the bug.

In my opinion this isn't a bug at all.
They just nerfed fall height to a max of 2.5 blocks, with a 50% change to avoid .5 heart or "land nicely" as I like to think about it. 2.5 blocks is just over 8 feet, sounds reasonable to me.
Or you can look at it like they changed the max to 3 and you have a 50% chance to land badly and take additional .5 heart.

I mean falling over 13 feet and only taking half a heart is rather ridiculous.

    So I guess
    b=blocks h=hearts
    0b - 2.5b = No damage
    2.6b - 3.5b = at least .5h, 50% chance of 1h
    3.6b - 4.5b = at least 1h, 50% chance of 1.5h
    4.6b - 5.5b = at least 1.5h, 50% chance of 2h

These should be taken with a grain of salt. For instance I only took .5 hearts falling 4 blocks sometimes.
Meh I dont get but maybe someone else can look at the code.

Found this in a bug thread over in another thread about the new release bugs, and TBH, I like it.
Like suddenly your character accidentally trips and falls, but manages to catch himself, albeit with some damage to his ankle. Also, it's fitting, as 2 1/2 blocks = roughly about 8 feet, and its easier to mess up a jump or fall from there. What do you guys think? Should it stay, should it go?

This is also going to be copied in the other forums area, as it can go in both.

Hmmm. This is interesting. I've gotten .5 a heart damage from walking off 1 block high blocks, kinda like when you nearly trip down the stairs. I like this addition, provides some sort of challenge. I'll make a post about it, thanks.

This does not happen naturally and ENDERMEN DO NOT PICKUP WOOL BLOCKS GUYS! Likely a family member or friend is trolling you.

Endermen can pick up some orange or blue wools. If they aren't orange or blue in the picture, sorry. I have orange and blue colorblindness.

Yeah, lava is great before you find that blaze spawner, but after that rods come easy, and they last longer than lava, have a finer granularity which further lengthens their longevity.

    That confuzzles me.
Rods don't have a longer smelt time than lava. If you mean in resources, I can't see you running out of lava in the nether. A finer granularity? They're the same.

BTW 1 enderchest of lava buckets cooks 2700 items. Booyeah!

posted a message on remove enchantments on armor from the game!
If you're removing armor enchantments, remove enchantments as a whole. I can't believe how many times a Fire protection chestplate stopped me from dying from a flame aspect sharpness sword. It works both ways. Armor is OP, but so are weapons, so the Armor and weaponry balance each other out.

    :Diamond: Age:16

:Diamond: Skype (We will add you once you're accepted):monovenoms (I have to add you, my skype is weird)

:Diamond: Job(s) you want, you can pick 1 or 2: I want miner or alchemist.

:Diamond: If you picked 2 jobs, tell us what will be your primary job and what your secondary: Alchemist primary, Miner secondary.

:Diamond: Tell us why you want that/those job(s): Because I like creating potions. They seem frivolous, but they are deadly in the right hands. Count me as one pair of right hands. Mining is also a strong suit for me, as I delve to diamond layer and find the important resources. I also can trailblaze my way through mineshafts, able to overlook things not worthy of attention.

:Diamond: Experience you have with the job(s): Plenty. I have made a legit Invisibility and legit Instant Health 2 Splash potion, and have gotten a legit set of diamond tools and armor before.

:Diamond: Why do you want to join our clan?: It seems interesting and unique, and I really would like to try this on for size.

:Diamond: Have you been in any other clans?: No.

:Diamond: About yourself outside minecraft: I am theoretically crazy, and am of high intellect. I also watch poptart kitties fart rainbows.
