Why do you think you might not be picked? Either because of my age or gender, or perhaps you are no longer looking. I hope you consider me!
How well do you know the rules? I have read over them thouroughly.
Do you think patience is a vital trait in a moderator? Yes, of course.
The server may get fast-paced and you may be overwhelmed with the users, how would you handle this? Just try and take it one at a time, or make a general announcment asking people to please be patient. I'm good with crowds and groups.
Hypothetical Questions:
A person just joins the server and is advertising a different server. What do you do? First give them a warning, if they continue a ban is often necessary.
You see a moderator starting to get frustrated, you worry he/she may let their anger out on the server. What do you do? Let them know privatley that they are getting a little hot and should proably take a break. Let someone who is a higher rank than moderator take care of the problem if things get heated as I assume mods cannot temp-ban other mods.

Over the past few weeks i've spent some time building a small server, and a couple days ago i moved it to dedicated hosting to prepare for making it public. I'm having problems with permissions. As an administrator i have access to pretty much everything (i gave myself *), but for some reason worldedit isn't working right. I can use /we, and /tool, but nothing else works. I always get "You don't have permission to do this"
The only other thing i have installed is Essentials. it's a craftbukkit server running R4, the server host is servercraft.co, which uses McMyAdmin.
Hope this is enough for you to tell me what i'm doing wrong.
Could I see your WE configuration? Also, try making yourself operator.
