While you can have as many mods as you want, it is possible that one of the mods conflicted with another (they don't work together if installed in the minecraft.jar). Try finding which mods and reading in the thread if they conflict with another.
That's actually a really good idea, but who's actually going to look through the nooby/bad mod section? If there's a section for good ones, everyone will go to that one, and the nooby mod section will be ever forgotten. I'd give a maybe on this.
I never actually share my "Internet Life & Knowledge" with any of my friends. Whenever I mention a meme or a videogame, they just don't seem to get it.
