See, this is what I don't think you're getting. for a good suggestion, or reply to a suggestion, you need detail. You can't have detail without length, which is what I'm trying to explain to you. Your suggestion is 17 dot points. If your suggestion had the detail that it needed, I wouldn't be able to write a reply longer than the suggestion itself. You've even had a moderator come in here and tell you that trying to control people's responses is unreasonable, but you seem to be completely ignoring that as well.

You also still don't seem to understand that my long replies are only warranted by the fact that you are just disregarding most of the feedback from comments. You are yet to properly address any of the responses that this suggestion has had, most likely because you are ignoring most of them because you they are't complete support for this idea. I've said it before and I'll say it again; people are going to criticize your suggestion, that's why these suggestion forums exist. You either need to accept that criticism and change your suggestion accordingly, or don't post the suggestion at all.

    Please no Paragraphs or Essays!

Oh no, someone gave you a really detailed response telling you exactly what they think is wrong with your suggestion.
No long suggestions, no criticizing what you think is wrong with the suggestion, no posting comments about things you think are wrong. It sounds like you just want people to come over and say "Yes! This idea is fantastic!" and then heap praise onto you for your immaculate suggestion.
You really can't try to control what people say about your suggestion, especially when there are so many things in the suggestion that are in need of criticism.
Go have a look at some of the suggestions which have been around for years and have hundreds if not thousands of replies. Compare the quality and style of their thread to yours, and then you might see why there are so many people criticizing your suggestion. And when someone criticizes your suggestion, don't just reply with "NO HATE PLZ", actually take the criticism on board and change your thread accordingly. I don't just mean adding a vague sentence here and there, I mean completely review the suggestion and make the changes people are saying to make. Add detail to everything, remove that last part trying to control what people are saying in the comments, explain what you actually want this material to do.

As I said before, if you really don't want the criticism, then don't post the suggestion, it's that simple. You post your suggestion, it's going to get criticism, no matter what, and that's something you are going to have to deal with. Not everyone is going to like your suggestion, especially when there is so much missing from it.

    To: Mister_Mystery_,

    - It's a game, it doesn't have to be completely realistic to the real thing.

    - I mean come on: Half, if not more, of Minecraft is fake or over-exaggerated.

I wasn't saying anything about the realism, I was pointing out that you are suggesting a very specific real material, and giving it a lot of abilities which are completely unrelated to the actual material, and could just as easily be applied to pretty much anything. You could suggest Jade, and other than the radiation aspect (which you really haven't explained), the entire suggestion would be completely valid. If you're going to make a suggestion of such a specific real material, at least have the suggestion relevant to that material, rather than a bunch of arbitrary uses.
You also still haven't explained why this radioactive residue would be in the Minecraft world.

Ok, lets look at the changes you've made. As I pointed out before, this suggestion as a whole is pretty vague, so it's hard to judge the suggestion as a whole. The 'radiation' effect and enchantment 'boosting' especially need more detail, as Chameleonred pointed out, so I won't cover that again.
My question still stands as to why this material would have any magical applications, and the question is reinforced by the fact that your suggestion now has not one, but two uses for enchanting. It doesn't matter that parts of Minecraft are made up or exaggerated, this material having uses for enchanting just doesn't make sense. If you want a material to boost enchants (whatever that means) and to be used as a substitute for Lapis in enchanting, then make it something appropriate to that use (hint: radioactive residue isn't really appropriate for that use).

Before you go on about realism, let me give you a bit of a lesson in mythology, specifically about the three main components of enchanting in Minecraft: Diamond, Obsidian and Lapis Lazuli. Diamond was believed to bring great strength, power and even invincibility to a warrior in battle. Obsidian was believed to be a focusing stone, which was used in things such as sacrificial knives. Lapis Lazuli was, again, believed to focus magical energy and create a magical connection between the physical and celestial plane, which makes sense as a catalyst for enchanting.
Minecraft is, as you said, based on some degree of realism. Diamonds bring strength, Obsidian focuses that energy and then Lapis acts as a conduit and brings that energy onto the item you are enchanting. It makes sense, even based on real world ideas. Your material having any purpose for enchanting just doesn't make sense.

Other than that, the only other new thing I can see is that you're asking people not to criticize your suggestion. Sadly, that isn't up to you. If you don't want your suggestion criticized, then don't post it. People on there forums are very critical of even the smallest detail (which is how some threads have tend of thousands of responses). We're not hating. If we were hating, then we wouldn't be telling you what we thought was wrong, we would just be telling you we didn't like it and moving on. We are giving criticism that you can take and change your suggestion accordingly.

Sorry for the long response, but I thought I should properly say what I was trying to say before. To summarize, it still doesn't make sense for enchanting, people are critical, and you need a lot more detail if you want people to stop criticizing it so much. There is a lot of information missing.

Also, as people have pointed out, it's your suggestion, so it's your job to work out the details, not Mojang. Just so you know, Mojang only has 12 people employed as 'Game Developers'. I doubt they have a team specifically to work out how to implement suggestions.

Every use you have suggested for this fairly rare item is really pointless. You're basically suggesting a far rarer version of Lapis Lazuli that can dye things green rather than blue. Your suggestion also doesn't make much sense. Why would there be this green glass under minecraft deserts if it only occurs after a Polonium-based nuclear bomb goes off on top of the sand. Why would this glass have any kind of magical properties like Lapis does? Why would an explosion from some TNT made entirely of gunpowder and sand create this material?

Basically what I am trying to say is that this really doesn't fit the 'theme' of Minecraft, and is also really redundant. If you want green dye, find a cactus. If you want enchanting, find Lapis. They're both far easier to get than this material.

Here's a simple solution for you; play multiplayer instead of modded single player. Problem solved.

There's a button to toggle between placing on the block you are looking at and placing a set distance away from you. I believe it's Control, but if it's not, just look at the keybinds.

posted a message on Mod doesn't work after being exported

When you say export, do you mean that you are removing the files from the original .zip (or similar) file that they were in? If so, then that's not needed. You just need to but the normal .zip file into your mods folder and it will be good to go.

posted a message on Fast bulid

For all the people wondering what is being suggested, if anything, I believe that the OP is suggesting that we add the Filler machine from Buildcraft into Vanilla Minecraft. For those who do not know what this is, it'a a machine that fills a specified area with blocks, meaning that you don't need to spend the time doing it yourself.

No Support. Automation is not something that Minecraft has or needs. There are some basic automation options like hoppers, but even that is quite complex. If you can't be bothered to place down the blocks that you want to build, then don't build it. An automatic building machine would be ridiculously out of place in Vanilla Minecraft.

Also, please read the rules of the suggestions forums before posting. This thread is very vague (as you can probably tell by the five people before me who had no idea what you were even suggesting).

As far as I know, Mineplex is really strict with modded clients, and won't allow any unrecognized clients onto the server. They may be automatically crashing you because you have a modded client.

posted a message on Leather-Coated Armour

I've seen a lot of suggestions for the ability to dye all kinds of armor, and honestly this one makes so much sense I don't see why it hasn't been done already (other than the extra coding and texturing that would need to be done to get it to happen, but a lot of that would be very similar to code that already exists in the game).

There's really not much else to say about it, so Support

What map is it that requires MCPatcher? It doesn't really do anything that would greatly affect a map, are you sure it's not an optional thing?

    posted a message on Crashing

Remove the Animated Player mod (that's what's causing the crash).

If you keep having crashes, remove OptiFine, Tinkers Construct and Forestry both seem to be complaining about it being there (TCon and OptiFine has a very good chance to not work together. TCon doesn't support OptiFine.)

posted a message on eating balance

It's not hard to get, but compared to melons, which you can farm in massive quantities by simply planting the seeds and then breaking the blocks, steak is far more time consuming to farm continuously.

posted a message on eating balance

Except that this doesn't really balance anything, in fact, it unbalances things.

Melons are easily farmable and, given a day or two, you can easily get stacks of melon, which is why it has such a low saturation. Steak takes far longer to get, requiring you to have a stable farm of both wheat and cows in order to have a continuous supply, and you would also need a consistent supply of coal or wood to cook the steak. It takes far longer to get and is far harder to farm, therefore it has a higher saturation. With what the OP is saying, we are basically making melon a more reliable and far more powerful food source. Given the four examples, then we can assume that melons, which gives 2 saturation (1 piece of hunger) back, it would take 1 second to consume, which is just over half of the current eating time of ~1.8 seconds. If you change how long it takes to eat the melon to 1 second, you are nearly doubling its saturation value compared to eating melon as it is currently. What it really comes down to is that you may as well just increase the saturation value of all foods and it would do the exact same thing as this suggestion.
