posted a message on Mind-expanding Drugs
Ignore the two--obviously uninformed--posters. "Magic" Mushrooms, LSD, Ketamine, DPT, Salvia, etc. There are many mind-expanding drugs out there that really do change your outlook on life for better or for worse. Just because you don't enjoy them doesn't mean you need to hate on them.

I still hang around with this guy that was going down a path of failure, was about to drop out, and had no motivation for life. He smoked weed about once a month, so not anything too heavy or often. He tried DPT and his mood changed dramatically. He started working harder in school, treated others with more respect, felt more positive about himself, and found his motivation for life. He's a fun guy to be around and I'm not sure how he would have ended up if he hadn't had taken some sort of mind-expanding drug. I'm just putting this story out there for all drug haters. They do have their benefits.

SWIM (Someone Who Isn't Me *wink*) is going to be trying magic mushrooms next week at around 1.7-1.9 grams. If you would like, SWIM could message you after the experience and try to describe to you how it was, if you're interested.

Oh and drugs aren't outlawed because of the idiotic acts done under the influence of them, they're outlawed because of the idiots running our government.

posted a message on Is it possible to escape your own mind?
    Quote from Mobono

Wow, this is some serious thinking.
Yes, I have "been" able to escape my body, and put the world on a certain "pause". It's kinda weird to describe, but I'll give it a try.
So basically, I close my eyes, and imagine myself as an animal. I prefer snakes, tigers, or birds, for who knows what reason.
Then I imagine that animal erupting out of me, like I transform into an animal. While in this state, the world "pauses". Everything stops kind of "moving" when your animal is out of you. The world goes on, but it becomes like you see an alternate world, where everything is paused as you last saw it (eyes should still be closed). Then you can kind of "sense" everything. I even once proved that I could sense it, as I did it in school, and went home, as a tiger, of course. There, my mom was "paused" and she was vacuuming the house. The time (remember the "sensing"?) was 1:37 PM. She was looking at the clock. I told her when I got home and freaked her out.

Also, I can "escape" my body by freezing my body (not moving it) and thinking really hard. I prefer the animal way, as you can move around in a frozen world.

You, friend, need some help. ;)

posted a message on A Rant About My School Situation
    Quote from Sillen

I've been an above-average student my whole life. Now I'm in 7th grade, one grade above my same-age fellows, and I have, in the last month, become discontent with my school system. About 75% of the work we do right now is just -find in book-write in other book-, and I don't like it, there is simply no challenge about it. Now, I don't want to get challenged all the time in school, but some more in the subjects in which I prevail over those a year older than me would be nice.

For instance: I have 3-4 stray words to pick up from each 2-3 week chapter in English. I could be the furthest in Math if it hadn't been as much work doing the same thing over and over again. I've been asked not to answer questions in Physics and Chemics (is that the right word for the subject?), since I understand things so fast, to give others the confidence to answers.

So, any comments on this? I wrote this at 10 PM for me (I wake up at 6AM), so it might be just boasting, it might be badly formulated, it might be better than anything I do while I'm not tired, hehe.

You're in 7th grade. I'm not sure that the work is complicated for anybody. Wait until you get to high school.

I love how you act like your words are like words of wisdom. whatever you say is true and never wrong.

Did you not see the part where i said there are many other times when my parents are unfair for no reason? Like I cant even walk to my friends house? Thats fricken crazy! I know my town inside-out!

You came to this forum for opinions and you got it. My words have more wisdom than yours considering I can barely read them.

Try using a better video editing program. I think the intro is quite boring. It could use a more interesting font, and something other than the zooming in on the text. Also use music that fits with clips or vice versa, and try cutting down the clips so that its 3 or so seconds before the kill.
