    Hey Glazz, just to be curious, and I know you are an incredibly busy guy, but will there be an update any time soon, and do you have plans to add any cool modifiers? I'm mostly curious, and none to worried about it.

    Weird, the changelog references something called a redstone faucet. Is that just the redstone-signal-to-seared-faucet thing?


    I think so Dova, but I'm not absolute on it.

    so can someone tell me why suddenly now I can't craft these but I can still get them from the creative tab? or tell me how to craft them? or is it planned at any point for Glassmaker to Return molten Thaumium since he now runs TC?


    also to answer the question " why would you melt a magical metal?" I answer it with this Why would a Magical Transmutation Changed down to its Very atoms lose its power simply because its changed physical state to liquid from solid?


    to think otherwise is just stupid is does Ice not have the same life giving properties of its liquid form water? the same thing goes for thaumium! and other metals.


    They made thaumium into a part builder tool part, same as with the mana based metals that you get from Botania. That's been around since well before the update to 1.7.10, because I remember this being the way things were done in 1.6.4. As it stands, the generation of thamium tool parts was nerfed in favor of generating thamium in chests instead, or at least that's what I thought it was. I haven't seen thaumium tool parts anywhere since I started with TiCon.

    Is anyone else super ready for an update to TiCon, because I swear I just want some new tools and weapons. I think it would be quite fun to have some new stuff, and I will say I like the idea of the magnetic Iron. That's cool dude! On the other side of that, I still want an armor update. The Traveler's Gear is all so overpowered, and It's super-mid game stuff that I just think needs to be nerfed a little bit. Don't get me wrong, I really like it, but I think it needs to be replaced with something a little more balanced. It's literally the only majorly unbalanced thing in the mod, and it's not that big of a difference, at least in my opinion, but I definitely think it should be changed a little, just because there's a lot that could be done with it to make game play even more interesting. Reasonably speaking, I think it would do well to add in some more mod compatability, especially with things like Botania. Do something similar to what's being done with the redstone capacitors, but make it an inherent quality of the metal, since some of us don't necessarily care for RF tools. I like the idea of doing some kind of magic update, or maybe another TiCon compatibility mod that works with Botania, thaumcraft, and a few others. I know that someone tried it before, and I just want someone to pick those original ideas up and breathe life (and a version update) into the old thing.

    Hello, can you add the compatibility with battlegear for equip tools in the slot of this? :/


    Some of the weapons work with the Battlegear duel wielding slots. There's also a compatibility mod that works with it called Tinker's Defense that adds in Tinker Style Shields. It's a really good trio of mods if you're doing a basic pack. I will say that if you're building a really big modpack, M&B2 won't work as well. Something about the mod caused a lot of issues for me.

    Can someone please update the Magitek Mech's Mod to 1.7.10. It would be fantastic to actually have the loaders, and some other mechs would be nice too. I, along with a lot of other people, would really appreciate it, because it's a great mod.

    posted a message on Thaumcraft 6.1.BETA26 [no longer being developed]

    The Traveler's Gear mod adds some other inventory slots for things like Pauldrons and greives, capes, and other things. It's essentially a very advanced multi-mod armor interface. Lots of compatibility with baubles and tinkers construct armor gui. Witching Gadgets adds in some very nice armor add-ons, like the pauldrons of the seraph, which allows for a jump boost and gliding, while they also have things like increased inventory when you're wearing the cape of many folds or whatever it's called. It's a part of my mega-pack, and it's something that I highly recommend.

    Water stuffs addon, where you get like resperation for being under water for a certain period of time, and aqua affinity for mining underwater, and a swim speed boost for swimming for long periods of time.

    Just out of curiosity, is there any intention of adding animations and updated models to any of the other mobs. I tried this with Mo' Bends and it didn't work. I got the Mo' Bends Animations for the player as well as the mobs, and while the mob anims are great, I much prefer the anims from this mod for the Player, as well as the rendering. I only ask because I want to add in some more animations, because I'm doing a modded survival series, and I think it would look nicer to have better animated everything. Either way, I love this mod, Way to go HippoMaster.

    If you're using the most recent version of forge you might have a problem. For some reason, that version for 1.7.10 is a little buggy. Make sure you're running 1448.



    I can't get the crash report for some reason...?
    Any ideas?


    EDIT: I am only using TConstruct and Mantle

    So to start, I'd like to say that I love the mod. It's a fantastic decorative mod, and I definitely like the models. I was curious however, if there was any intention of doing a module based system, similar to what flans mod does with their content packs. The reason I ask is because while I like the decorations, I was really more interested in the seasonal items, and I wanted to use them for decorating the server that my friends and I have plans for during certain holidays, but I don't want to have all the other decorations. It's mostly a curiosity. I'll use it either way, I'm mostly just curious.

    Now here comes my question to people of this topic.

    Why TiC makes Aluminum OreBerry same value as if it was Aluminum Nugget?

    I mean... i load Thermal Expansion and RedStone Furnace wants to cook some Nugget into Nuggets... (i know that purpose of regular furnace is OreBerry into Nugget)

    And Witchery Gadgets... There is Infernal Blast Furnace. Which supposted to give nugget when smelting Cluster. But it gives oreberry instead...

    It would be nice if i could plant it. But i cant and it's kinda messed up.


    He's Talking about the TiCon Armor, not the Mod Traveller's Gear. I don't think there is anything that adds on cross mod integration with Thaumcraft as of right now, but I can at least tell you that although witching gadget's is fantastic, it's not adding in anything that I can see that works on the Goggles to add the node view too it. Sorry KingTaltah
