When creating a world, you can just hold shift and choose "Debug" under World Type.

This is horrible. Trapped Chests look like regular chests for a reason. And the texture is just awful. My advice is to give up.

I have Optifine installed with Forge and Biome Dependent Mobs aren't working. For instance, I am getting snowy creepers in savannas. Can anyone help?
