This is very lovely, and for anyone wondering how it can be done, there's a myriad of methods from simple measurement taking to graph-paper, all the way up to sophisticated architectural programs which can be quite costly.
Perhaps take a look at the Great Rift Valley in Africa and model this after that a bit more? I feel that it should be much wider; to be honest, a much higher elevation of a world would help immensely.
