Lovely, but you do seem to have a lot of castles for just one city. Great work, please keep showing us more detailed shots. Perhaps a few of each castle? Also, is there any kind of medieval sewers in the city? (many medieval cities had old Roman sewers) Or how about some catacombs or a cathedral undercroft?
A good start, but remember, ships are not straight-sided (it is easier if you go with a larger scale) the best advice I could give would be to take a look at some pictures of ships' hulls and see how they are gently curving, as well as the front not having a triangular tip, it is actually far more rounded, but the keel rises outwards to give it that side profile which we think of as a triangle. Sails also tend not to be flat, but that is a whole other beast to conquer. Try working on hull shape before you tackle sails (which are much much harder, I still can't do sails entirely right).
How lovely, your build style reminds me a lot of Sillouete's style, great job! But Might I suggest something other than a straight up and down backwall on the stern? Perhaps bring it out incrementally by one block every deck you go up?
Ink sacks were always at least marginally useful, they functioned as a black dye for wools. But now, this book editing update has me ecstatic because I can now write custom books for my rp server. Hooray Jeb!
