He is doing that. Go to Minecraft.net, and you'll see that he states the he is working on updating the server. Just wait alittle bit. And by this time tommorow, everything will be ok, and you can get the update no problem, if you can't right now. It's just the server can't handle all the thousands of people trying to update at the same time.
