You must be new here, theres a reason i added 2100mhz ram.... it boosts fps by alot on a apu... pretty sure because since its intergraded graphics instead of vram it uses more of your normal ram and faster ram boosts its performance
Wow I totally forgot RAM frequencies affect APU performance..
Sorry about that carry on.
I'm posting on my other account btw, I was using that account because I forgot the password on this account.

What was your old account?
This is my old account, I found the password after searching through my old email addresses.
I'm probably going to use my new account because I like the display name better.

Apr 23, 2012Technically, alot of games are "F2P" if you pirate it. jkjkPosted in: General Gaming
Blacklight Retribution is really nice. I also like DotA 2's engine it looks very appealing to the eye, and it is going to be F2P on release day.
Dec 24, 2011My GTX 560's are running a 405Mhz constantly, even though they are overclocked to 920, even when i boot up a game i.e Skyrim or Starcraft 2, it still stays at 405Mhz reducing my performance drastically.Posted in: Computer Science and Technology
I have tried the "prefer maximum performance" setting on the nVidia control panel, and no luck.
I have tried bringing my cards back to stock voltage/ frequencies, still nothing.
I have tried removing 1 card and using the other one.

Dec 19, 2011I feel really stupid for asking this but, this error keeps on popping up whenever I use a Java application i.e Minecraft, I can't even get into the Java settings on the control panel.Posted in: Legacy Support
I have tried reinstalling both x86 and x64 versions of Java (JRE, JDK etc.) and I still get this error. I have a feeling its because I increased the heap size on my Java apps
to 512mb and 1024mb but im not completely sure.
If any of you kind gentlemen know how to solve this is would be much appreciated.
I am running 64bit W7 with 8GB of Ram.
Dec 12, 2011I used to get FPS in the 4 digit range at lowest setting, and at the lowest resolution but that doesn't prove anything.Posted in: Computer Science and Technology
Even with a 120hz monitor you don't see much after 60FPS, that is why I set my monitor @ 60hz and turn on vsync on most of the games I play.
if you really want to get a bigger e-peen look up in the sky while using a fly mod, you'll get higher fps.
because higher fps means better performance right? /sarcasm
Dec 12, 2011You might have been able to squeeze that into a $1550 budget, but overall if you are uncomfortable about building your own PC its not that bad to buy a prebuilt if you find a decent company.Posted in: Computer Science and Technology
