First off, I should not depend on third party programs to fix my issues with the game. Minecraft is a game, it should be worked on by its developers.

I would appreciate even an failed attempt for what i'm trying to suggest, its just now that old maps meeting new gen is a complete mess. No reason for why, a "complete" game, should have sloppy coding.

What you achieved in your world is meaningless, the point is that the game is fully released, there should be an attempt to sew new generation into old worlds. I don't care if its ugly, it's better then what we have now.

You people seem to be missing the point. The point is that Minecraft is fully released, so further patches should just be something here and there, not something you have to make a new world over.

It gets kind of annoying when we have to reset our worlds every time the world generation gets an update.



It would be cool if Jeb could try to make world generation borders ( say your on a 1.0.0 chunk and want to go to an snapshot one ) less harsh and try to blend in. Also, from 1.0.0, worlds should retain their old biome, so that in Minecraft 1.231321.1231 your home wont be invaded with 2123 other biomes.

I'm really only saying this because now that it's official release, we now have an excuse to get attached to our worlds.

7: What do they eat?! I have always wondered HOW they get MEAT into their diet if there are no real animals, only POKEMON. in fact, i havent even seen ONE pokemon being killed for food, yet in the pokedex it talks about how pokemon lay traps to catch prey. WHAT PREY?

I could go on and on...

1: They aren't really different games, they're different VERSIONS of the same game. That's why they're called "Pokemon Emerald Version". Because it's not a different game.

2: I don't see how that's a bad thing. I've seen some pretty badass monsters in other games and wished they could come on my team.

3: It was a game made for kids. It makes sense for kids to be the main characters. Now that there is a wider age range, they are making the new protagonists older.

4: It never says that one Pokemon is the most legendary. It just says they ARE legendary. And it makes sense too, because the Legendaries from each version are specific to that region, so people in that region care more about them.

5: Most people don't use Action Replay, and the people who do are just ruining their own experience.

6: In other video games they send kids out (Final Fantasy, anybody?) to fight to the death. This is much more tame compared to those other games.

7: There are other animals, you just can't see them in the games because they are completely useless to the story. Also, Pokemon eat other Pokemon but again, this is a kid's game, so they're not going to show that.
