Any experience on servers: I use to be an Operator on an old server until it got griefed and shut down. I also use to be Admin on a small server, but got shut down due to lack of staff and money.
Any experience with Roleplay: I actual play on a roleplaying server called Edawg. I also do plays in real life which also gives me an advantage.
How many hours per day can you log on: Since I live in the USA I am on summer break which means I am usually on for more than 7 hours :P.

5.) *How important is this to you? This is really important to me because I really love to join servers and meet new people. I have been playing minecraft since 2011 and fell in love with the game. Not just because of its creativity and physical appearance but the aspect of how the game really worked. It marveled me how much a game can inflict your life. I met people that I now as of 4 years have had a great bond with.
6.) *Any past experience in this field or something similar? Yes, I have been admin on a server, mod twice on two other servers and co-owner of a server that my friend owned. They were all pretty small.
7.) *Have you ever managed a server / network before? To be honest no. I have never gotten my own server even though I was co-owner, all he had me do was build and be apart of meetings. I guess I did do a little though by getting staff but not much.
8.) *Would you still want this job even if it had high stress? Yup. I'm in the play business so I act and sing and perform at the same time all while school and homework are things I need to focus as well. I am in my 4th play and it is still VERY stressful.
9.) *How many hours are you willing to dedicate a day/week? I will dedicate about maybe 4 or 5 hours a day to the server if I don't have tons of homework. (which is almost never lol)
10.) *How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated staff member? You can trust me because I am not just someone who ignores the problems of players and staff. I am very fond of having a very loving heart and will care for someone who is in need. I have also had experience in difficult situations that I thought I could never get out, but I am here today.
11.) *Describe your personality to us? I am a funny goofball that loves to joke around and can also have a mad or serious mode on. I'm a big teddybear and loves to make people smile :). I'm also a very diligent learner and takes time into what I do.

Command Knowledge: knows how to ban, kick, temp-ban, world edit, ect. Basically most of the minecraft commands.
If two people are arguing in chat really badly, what's your response? My response would be to get to what caused them to fight, and if someone is at fault and did something that disobeyed the rules I would either kick/warn or ban (depends on the rule that they broke). Also if it was just a friend issue I will talk to the two of them and ask both of them what had happened.
If you see someone with obvious hacks, what's your response? I would first talk to the person to ask him/her why they needed hacks. I would then make sure it is hacks and not just a glitch. If it was hacks i would ban for "Use of hacks on server" and if its a glitch i have to make sure it is then report the glitch to a staff member.
