All websites that distribute our mod behind paygateing websites are in violation of our license, things might have been able to be worked out if the offending websites had submitted requests BEFORE putting our work up behind adlfy and other like sites. By the way, NOTHING that these websites do changes the mod in anyway to help you with this crashing issue, they simply copy the mod into the mods directory. Forge 99.9% of the time creates a log file in the "crash-logs" directory in whatever directory Minecraft is running from even if Minecraft crashes directly to the desktop bypassing the common crash log screen.
The main issue with these websites is this: We create the mod, we support the users of the mod, we have donation links on the website and in the first post of this thread, and have not seen a dime in over 6 months... These people take our work, rehost it behind adfly and get paid for each click, and then we get to support users who used this "installer". How exactly is that fair? Yes I know hosting a website is expensive.. I currently host the lanteacraft.com website, I pay for it out of pocket, I pay for the domain, the forum license, the build service, and the server it runs on, Lochie hosts the downloads site on his server.
this mod(Updated)for it to be easer for people to have it their minecraft
No. Seriously installing mods is as simple as a drag/drop, and skydaz's installers are behind adfly links, which is against our license:
LanteaCraft may be distributed by anyone - this includes modpacks - under the following conditions:
You don't make money from downloads - be this pay-gating (AdFly) or other revenue;
You distribute LanteaCraft un-modified and in whole; and
The gates don't use anywhere near that much power, Matter of fact they use so little power people have asked us if they actually use any at all. Lanteacraft was built on Core 3.0.0B9-45, so it's possible they've broken something in the API.
Hey!
I saw the Pegasus gate with shield on wiki's screenshot. Is that planned feature(how on screenshot?), pre-Alpha, or photoshop "feature".
Is naquadah generator generating MJ(now RF) on Buildcraft 6.2.2. My Quarry won't run on it. I connected it directly(opposite to quarry) or through emerald and golden kinesis pipe. I noticed that it generates only EU(tried RF with EnderIO Capacitor). Is that expected behavior?
It's not a photoshop, it's the still unreleased Iris.
And this is why the Naquadah generator isn't ready for general use.
I see build 61 marked as beta and it's apparently not downloadable...?
Right cause 61 is broken, 62 is pending approval, get 62 from http://cdn.afterlifelochie.net/mods/lanteacraft/ until CF Approves it. I figure the delay is cause it's Christmas so can't get upset.. heh.
Again crafting for naquadah generator has been forgotten.
It's not been "forgotten" The Naquadah Generator is just not finished enough for general usage. like Solymr said, if you want it craftable, there are lots of mods that add recipes.
Also the invalid metadata in recipes has been fixed. I might have been on a bit too much NyQuil...
Build 62 is up on Lochie's Site, still pending approval on CurseForge
Chevrons and Base blocks now drop the proper meta block
I did a thing... All stargates are craftable now.

What version of CoFH API is used with this? Not getting any power drain on latest build, 59 with CoFHCore version B9-52.
I don't recall the exact version of CoFHCore.. it was latest as of build 55's date... I just tested though and there IS power usage, it's just VERY VERY VERRRRY little.

Maybe?
It works as well as can be expected for a mod that screws with everything possible.
Yes.
