    I can't edit the chests even in creative, but I can trade it to them and it ends up in chests. But they still aren't making any. I've tried reinstalling the mod but that did nothing, this must be some kind of bug.


    For my own purposes, if I get this village to trade with another village that makes plain timber frames, would they trade them?

    Most of the chests are empty, and they have almost 3 double chests of all the basic building materials other than basic timber frames. Oak and Spruce logs, thatch, cross frames, and paper walls. Not to mention they're still making more of all these, its just timber frames.

    No. Most of them are empty, and the ones that are full are stocked with wood,stone and cobble, and paper walls.

    My Japanese village has stopped producing plain timber frames, I've reset the game many times and its been this way for days. They're not short on any resources, I don't know what's up. The wiki mentions a specific building/villager that produces them which I don't have, but I'm sure they've produced them before because the stock has fluctuated.

    My town's project is a Market, and it has all the resources but it says there's "not enough space". What does this mean, and is there anyway I can fix this?

    You can try to edit your data both in "yourusername".dat file found inside the saves\yourworldname\player\ folder of your minecraft installation and your level.dat file found in saves\yourworldname\
    The data you are looking for is in the ForgeData \ PlayerPersisted path, there are TCResearch and TCScanned paths there. You can try to recover the research data (usually one of the 2 files "forgets" the research data while the other still remembers it, so you can copy one over the other and prehaps recover the research data) or delete the contenents of the various sub paths of TCScanned to start over.

    BTW BACKUP YOUR WORLD BEFORE TOUCHING THOSE FILES.
    PLEASE, DO SO.
    You can mess up your game world/minecraft installation/computer/universe by doing so, and please know that i wont take responsability for damage caused.

    (ps, you open those files with a program like NBTexplorer.)

    For 1.7 versions, sadly i'm still not able to help. I do not know the new data saving mechanics at all, so can't really help.


    I am using 4.1.0g. I found those files you were referring to, but when I open them they're just gibberish. How do I open them so I can edit them properly?

    Ok, so recently I've had to do some messing around with the mods in the pack I'm using to fix some crashing caused by Dartcraft, and all my research has wiped. I wasn't very far so I decided to just ignore it and restart, but now all my research points have disappeared and all my discovered aspects have reset, and all the items I scanned with the thaumometer still show what aspects they have so I can't re-scan them to gain the points back. Is there anyway to 100% restart my research progress? Like, get all the starting research points back and have to scan everything over again?

    Some issues with some other mods made me have to restore my world to a previous version from yesterday, and now all my research is gone, but all my discovered Aspects and Research Points are here. I'm guessing the data for my research is gone, but how can I spawn in some completed research notes so I can refill my thaumonomicon to what it was?

    There are several things in this mod TMI doesn't have recipes for. For example, where do you get necrotic bones? Do wither skeletons just drop them now? And what about Jerky? I assumed its from putting meat on drying racks, but I've had some meat on one of those for several days and it hasn't done anything,

    My map is stuck on night display. I tried checking for an update and I installed the newest version, but its still stuck. And sometimes when I sleep the map gets all chopped up and some of the chunks disappear from it. Here's an image I saved of my map currently. http://imgur.com/aED3xKZ A majority of those missing chunks were filled in.

    How do I make blocks other than what's in the menu at world creation generate in the new ways? I'm some using mods that add ores that don't have special compatibility like Tinkers Construct or Biomes O Plenty do, but I still want them to be in veins.

    I have another question. I'm trying to add this to a pack in the ATLauncher, and several mods in this pack also add ores like Tin and Copper. The modders who made the pack changed it so only 1 of each generates and they work for recipes in all the mods. This is probably a stupid question but how do you do that? Or will I be stuck with 2 types of the same ore in my world that don't work together?

    I'm having a problem, there's several ID conflicts with one of the other mods I'm using. Isn't there some way I can go in and change the IDs?

    EDIT: FYI, the conflicts are in Extra Ores.
