Wait, stuff still grows with torchlight? On one of my saves I have a tree farm, but it stopped growing one day from torches. :S

What kind of stuff did you test in it?

And shouldn't diamond be stronger than obsidian? I noticed you said creepers blew it up, but I was making a small obsidian wall before when a creeper blew up on the square next to it. I died, and tons of dirt was blown up, but the wall remained 100% intact.

The trick is to not search for diamonds. I was looking for red dust and I found my only diamonds (5 of them) and have locked them up in a safe, since it took me several dozens of play hours to find them. :V

Though, caverns are easy places to find minerals, since minerals are easier to find in them.

When are you going to swim in lava? Your hacked diamond armor won't save you from what made it!

    I CHOOSE MINECRAFT

Bahahaha. I like it too, I was going to build a base before water physics, but my problems was that the level generator was still only making lakes back then. :V

I'll make it in my citybuild level though, since it has TONS of ocean. :biggrin.gif:

Also, I will be listening to this while I work, since anything underwater always reminds me of it. xD

It's obvious, build a row that's 10x10 of tnt cannons and fire them all at once, effectively carpet-bombing the whole area and killing EVERYTHING.

He's read the OP. It's called a joke, which sometimes is made using methods of sarcastic humor, and the feigning of ignorance to mock a person or thing.

Also, yeah this whole weird cult thing needs to end. It's old and overdone.

I agree, this **** is old, and no one cares but a few kids who want attention by posting their uninvented shrines.

Pitfall traps are **** unless you dig down about 40 blocks. I tested one and they're impractical and shitty compared to putting cacti at the bottom, or using drowning.

Crouching is in to-do list, and it's supposed to block falling from block sides.

Crouching is planned, but that to-do list is extremely out of date. Very few things on it are still relevant/true.

It's not out of date, but a few items are. He updates it at least once every two weeks, if not more frequently.

This would probably be funny if the 30,000 bland shrines weren't spammed everywhere by people who think that it's the most amazing thing.

Also why is it that nearly all my posts on MC forums are complaining about something in it? I love MC. :C

Good job for making a flame war. Everyone knows the only REAL answer is that everybody's wrong. :tongue.gif:

No one has conclusive facts, so either get them, and proof of them, or GTFO. Evolution is still not widely accepted, but it is the only conclusion that doesn't involve a magic deity. . Religion, while many of the different followers can't think for **** by themselves, still has a few followers that DO use logic and reason, and have come to the conclusion that religion is correct.

In the end, neither can be proven, and I highly doubt any of your bickering off the topic will suddenly solve the question that dates back thousands of years ago.

Evolution is still not widely accepted, huh. Even though Christians have attempted to absorb it into their religion (Creationism), and there's a gigantic map of evolutionary links between species. Oh, and it's also taught in basically every science class in the world. Not widely accepted my ass.

On topic, I agree completely with whoever it was that said you need to elaborate to the point of humans and mobs. Maybe zombies ate brown mushrooms too much, and skeletons ate them WAYYY too much. Something like that, but just discussing plantlife almost kills the story. Don't worry too much about making it sound Biblical, either. Just try to make it sound whimsical, since the "thou shalts" and the "pillars of salt" get annoying.

It's still a scientific theory, not a law. I'm not taking sides and ignoring the facts, I ask you to do the same.

Not amazed. Try leveling mountains with stone tools instead of cheating to get all diamond, which go 4 times faster. Cheating is still cheating, you should just edit the map while you're at it. :Skeleton:

There apparently are people who do not get this. Hacking is only exploiting a breach in the defenses, or making the program think your action is a part of it. So say there are 4 points to get in, thanks to an update. If Notch figures out all four, and patches them, there isn't a 5th way, nor a 6th way, and even though it is not very likely to patch every area at once, they will all be patched up eventually. Hacking is not simply magic, it's all logical. :V
