very little experance but you have to start some where but i have clocked easly 100+ hours in to single player

just starting as a build and have a creative mind. hoping to build up a picture collection to share from here

it was on the 1.7.3 version.

when i would start i would be in the water and there would be a 1 or 2 square block that wasn't ice.

as i had just started playing i didn't think to just break ice and jump out

I been playing Minecraft for a few weeks now and i've made about 16 different worlds and all but 3 of these world i have just started in a really bad scenario.

at least 5 times i start in the middle of a giant forest and can't find the end of it be fore monsters wonder out of caves and slaughter me.

3 time i spawned at the bottom of a lake and just was stuck under ice.

1 spawn on a empty island with no land in sight.

any one else have these bad starts?

wait i thought they did a pre release. i didn't know it was a leak....

the underwater thing sounds cool aslong as there are underwater caverns that could be explored.

how about the able to make large signs that are 2X2 or 4X4 by placing them in a crafting table?
