    Used one of the phrases from the title page of the game. Came out with a nice seed. It has many villages but no mushroom boime.

    Seed number is 315173815 Here's the map.


    These are two neighboring villages.

    I haven't had the time to explore underground yet. I plan on restarting this seed in survival and seeing how it goes. Have fun!

    Yeah, I found mine while mining a tunnel across the map on level 16. I had come across a cave and decided to see if it was open to the surface and right on the other end was the entrance to get in. I have since converted it into an underground base with lots of pumpkin lighting in the walls.

    Thanks the right attitude. This update has a lot in it. Some are only posting about what they think should be in it. The rest will come in time. Until then, we'll enjoy what we got! :)

    I like how it looks around level 8 to 12. Kind of like a misty haze instead of a blackout effect. It gives off a foggy cave look that feels like your deep underground somewhere. If it were that all the way down to bedrock I would play with it turned on. But, when I'm mining on bedrock, and I can't see the torch that's 6 blocks away, that annoys me.

    Yeah, I remember when they had to increase the rate because it was so low that finding sheep was impossible. Now, while working just under the surface, I have to mute my tv just because of all the noise the cows make. I came up from working on a project to find about ten cows stuck in a 6x6 hole I had prepped for a building support. I ate for weeks.... :)

    I saw the first post in regards to the split screen iron door sound and the later one about the sound playing in creative mode. In my survival only world playing alone, no multi or split, the iron door opening/closing sound plays when you press LT. The door does not move or anything as a result of the sound, it just makes noise.

    I normally grab some wood from punching trees and make a boat. I like to stay moving on the open waters the first few nights till I find a good spot to start a base camp. Then it's down to the mines to start digging up the good stuff! :)

    Well, sorry to say, the change log for the next bug fix update is out and it doesn't mention anything about the piston lag problem. So it could be on a future update or you'll just need to find a way to wire it differently to get it working. Hope that helps.... :)

    I can confirm that there are chests and mob spawners in the mine shifts. I haven't found any chest in the village I have on my world.

    I had my first encounter in a lit cave. Turned the corner to see it standing there holding a block. Walked up to it while staring at its legs, then walked around it to go on may way. I don't see them being a problem. Soon I'll find a pumpkin and then we will see eye to eye.
