    Hey there Orly_NO, our dirt plan should most certainly be sufficient! You might even get away with air, but I would go with dirt for best performance.

I looked into your account and found your ticket #545423, it appears that it was replied to 8 hours ago stating that we resolved your issue. Again that is clearly unacceptable and should not have happened, I have provided a full refund of your first month of service as compensation. In addition I am also personally looking into why this might have happened in the first place since we want to avoid future occurrences for future clients.

    I have located your client account and began investigation, however, the first two things that stick out to me.

    1. You bumped your ticket, while it may seem like this would get you your reply faster it actually pushes your reply back to the furthest spot in our list since we prioritize oldest tickets first in order to ensure people don't have to wait very long. This action would be the reason for a 48 hour response time.

    2. You threatened our team within your ticket which would be grounds for termination.

    3. The transaction IDs you provided for the duplicate charge did not reference a payment that would indicate a duplicate charge. We'd be more than happy to provide a refund for that charge, but we need further information.

    Quoting the reply you received:

    "Hey there Dennis,

    First I would like to let you know that we do answer tickets from oldest to newest. Every time you make a reply it considers the ticket new and send it back to the end of the waiting line which makes your waiting time very long compared to what it should be.

    Unfortauntly the transaction ID you provided for a payment of $19.99 is the same ID you provided for the $24.99 payment. I will need the correct ID to process this refund.

    If you do have a subscription with us (which would explain the extra charge) be sure to cancel this to ensure it does not happen in the future.

    Thank you so much for this post. Many people don't understand what is takes to run a real hosting company. From impatient and rude clients wanting everything for free to raging children who have a dirty mouth. Then having to deal with basement hosts who offer terrible service with no experience what so ever and then claim to be the best. This is just a small insight into the world we live in. So remember when looking for a host.

    Don't always look for the cheapest. It's better to get quality service over junk.
    Be nice and polite when asking for free things. And don't rage when you don't get them. (We have bills to pay too)
    Look for professionalism in the company.
    Check out reviews and the reputation of the company. (A good place to do that is http://getmchost.com)

    These are just a few things you should look for when looking for a host.

    Also if you have an issue with a host. Approach them calmly and don't just curse and yell at them to fix there problems. (If it becomes absurd; leave)

    We provide unlimited storage for your server and the gold plan would work just fine for your needs. You won't have a problem running those plugins and that many players. If you start to grow and need to expand you can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference. Upgrading is as simple as creating a ticket. For server jars we provide options for all users to pick from any of the latest server jars/snapshots. We don't force update causing your plugins to break instead we allow you to choose when ready to update your server jar. For plugin updates we have a few different options you can go. We have our plugin addons which will help you mange/install/ and anything you need with your plugins. If you decided to go an unmanaged path then you will want to keep up with the plugins but can always ask for advice or help. Lastly setup is instant on payment.
