Well I kind of get why it crashed the game. Your mod has a mods that has textures in it. It is required to be placed in the minecraft.jar.
The explosives+ mod also does as well.
Forge can't detect two mods in one resource folder. So it crashes the game. I need to know is there any other way of placing the mods folder outside of the minecraft.jar?

I'd say your trying to run a program (Lets say optifine and SEUS: Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders mod) that is not supported with this mod. Or your running too many mods. Either which I think just run this mod without the shaders mod.

Your goal is to survive the elements. This map may cause memory issues and/or lag. I'm sorry if this doesn't work for you. This map is designed to be very hard and unstable. The 3 third layer of this map (The surface) Is very dangerous, catching fire, explosions and craters cause a serious thread to your survival. It is good to collect as much resources on the surface then goto another layer underground. More ores are found on the third layer then on any other layer, but it is best to make shelter first.
The world is literally falling apart. Blue and red decay are taking over the landscape so it is a battle against the clock. Servers are allowed to use this map as a survival/pvp map. Downloads are under the snapshots
nice to hear for me its just not right that blue blocks are purple and there is no other who matches blue so its frustrating me now i cant build a building i planned and other clay blocks look weird too only a few are close to the color its called to
