Hey everyone, I recently started up my first ever let's play, and I'm trying to get a bit more viewers. I do my let's plays on a whitelisted server which set up in a very similar way as the official Mindcrack server (where popular let's players such as Docm77, Etho, Guude, PauseUnPause, etc. play). Because of this, the gameplay is totally vanilla Minecraft. So, if you're into that, check it out! This server is a server for the mindcrack subreddit on Reddit (http://reddit.com/r/mindcrack), and is not to be confused with the original Mindcrack server.

I think the map creator needs to do that(or approve of it) because he/she might have wanted there to be no food there or something.
Well, I can't really see when the map was last updated, but I'm guessing the map was probably updated before hunger was introduced. I'm pretty certain that you're not supposed to die from fall damage, because the transitions between each level hurts you. Since there is no food around and you get hurt a couple times when you transition from level to level, you eventually die.
Used your service last night with my brother, and it's awesome! However, the map called "It's Better Together" does not have any food anywhere, so you end up dying from fall damage. Could you maybe add some chests at the beginning of that map that have food inside? I understand that people could essentially cheat with the food in their inventory, but I guess that's there own decision if they want to ruin the fun.
Also, I love the design of both this thread and the website. Very professional looking.

This texture pack is really awesome. One thing though: would it be at all possible to get at least an alternate texture for the wild grass? I like having grass that is alive, not dead. I would make my own texture, but since it is 128x that would be pretty hard.

It's Catch-22 logic at it's finest. Server is down, nobody donates. Nobody donates, server never goes back up.
We just need another $30 to get it back up - if you guys could somehow manage that.
It'll come back up no matter what, but it could be a month before it does depending on how many donations we get.

Okay chase just informed me that the server has been brought down by the people hosting it, they had the ability to do it and we cant get our money back... So chase has already found another hosting server that is much more reliable and isnt a ****ing **** licking ass wipe cock ***** that steals money from kids. So we need 30 dollars to get the server back up, we were only able to save the main map, so creative got wiped unfortunately. I know alot of you guys are kids, so am i, i've heard chase say that your parents wont let you donate. Tell them its just like you buying another game at best buy, or buying a new mouse. Its something that will add onto your experience in the game. Dish out some bull **** like that and theyll buy it. Some of them will atleast. You dont have to donate 25 or 35 dollars whatever the highest donor amount is, if we had everyone that plays 1 hr per week donate 1 dollar wed be set, now you dont get anything special for donating one dollar, so i suggest you donate one of the amounts chase specified and get those donor privledges, if you buy 15 dollar donor u only have to pay 10 dollars later on to get 25, not another 25 :biggrin.gif: so if you cant get ur parents to elt u donate alot donate a little. Ask me or chase for any questions
What happens if we donate, and the server never goes back up? And does that special donor bonus that chase posted earlier in the thread still apply?
hey has anyone ever had stupid lag spikes that wont stop. the lag spikes go to the top of the screen and it is hard to play. if anyone knows how to fix it can u plz help?

Along with this, will it eventually be possible to use the downloaded map in a lobby? It would be useful for continuing progress.

Try installing OptiFine.
Hopefully there will be enough donations to fix this problem!
