Hello, my name is Marcus. I'm 18, looking for a crew to play with and build neat things. I like plain old survival and I like large architecture and farming projects that take time to build and gather materials for. Design is something I enjoy and I go for perfection in my builds. I'm not going to fill your server with whole towns of stuff but the things I do build I like to perfect. I've been in and out of the game for long periods of time, I usually play a handful of games a lot for a while and then take a hiatus to go play other games, and revisit them again later. You should get at least a few months of frequent activity out of me. Beyond just minecraft, hopefully I can meet a few people to play other games with as well, I play lots of multiplayer games but almost all of my friends are console gamers. Going along with that goal, I prefer smaller servers where everyone can know each other well anyways. Thanks for reading, hope you consider me!
If you're using aternos aren't you gonna have to manually let players in so the server doesn't close from inactive slots? When are we gonna be playing?
Sorry man but I would prefer to do this with someone older. Every time I've been on a server where the owner is very young there are problems. It's also awkward when there's a big age gap.
Are you staff on any other servers?: Kind of... There is a complex situation on one server i play where I may or may not be co-owner, and I'm a mod/builder/idk on another server.
Can you dedicate most to all of your time to this server? I can't say I will dedicate all of my time to this server (I play 2 others mentioned above), but frankly with the amount of time I have that would be ridiculous anyways. I can give this server more than enough time, and I'm flexible.
How long have you played minecraft?: Hard to say exactly, maybe 4 or 5 years on and off? I first played on PC a teeny bit, then I was on PE for a real long time, then I've had various console versions, and now that I'm done with consoles I only play PC version.
Do you have a microphone? (Microphones are an absolute necessity): Yes I do.
Are you fluent in any other languages besides English?: No, but I'm fluent in Google Translate if the situation calls for it.
Are you familiar with redstone and/or command blocks?: Familiar with redstone but I'm not very good with it currently, and that's a no on command blocks.
Are you familiar with plugins?: I know what they are and I know some commands, but I've never been allowed to install or manage them on a server yet.
Have you ever been in a situation with a rude player? Please describe how you handled the situation.: Too many times to count. I'll give one example. About a week ago someone on a server I play on who has never liked me started griefing me one day. Repeatedly killing me, destroying my house, etc. He of course picked a time when we were online alone, so no staff could intervene. Up to this point he had always made smart comments to me for no reason as well. What I did about all of this was ask him to stop a handful of times, and when he didn't I warned him I would make a complaint about him in our server Forum. Big surprise, he didn't stop. So I recorded all of the things he did in the forum and took screenshots for evidence. And besides that I just tried to ignore him the whole time. It worked, he eventually logged off and was later banned.
Are you familiar with enjin?: I have used an Enjin website before but I don't know how to set one up if that's what you're asking. I would like to learn though.
Any special talents?: As far as Minecraft I can't think of any right now. I can build pretty well I think, but not SO well that I'd call it special. Maybe my levelheadedness could be a talent, most people get upset at least once in awhile and maybe lash out, or respond to someone provoking them. You won't see any of that from me.
P.S. You didn't ask for this but I think my timezone is important, it's GMT -8 or PST.

Why I want it: I love to build and I especially love when others can enjoy my work. I also like meeting new people and talking, and maybe I can even make a few friends.
Why me?: If I am more deserving of the rank than other applicants, it would be for several reasons. I can have serious and critical conversations, I can take criticism myself, I can dump loads of time into my position, and I have no specific area of building strength. I also am not going to tell you I'm the most amazing builder you will see. I think I have skill, but everyone has room for improvement, and I would like you to help me improve so I can help your server improve as much as possible.
I like to have a say in what happens with the server, and I don't tolerate being ignored or left waiting. If you are averse to any of this then I would like to know so I can look elsewhere. I also prefer my leadership to be clear about exactly what they want me to do, I hate vague instructions. Basically, I don't take B.S.
Why me?: I can have serious and critical conversation, I can take criticism, I'm detail oriented and thoughtful, I am very levelheaded, I am online vast amounts of time, I already help another owner with the things you want help with, I love to talk, and I can build pretty good too. I am not good with advanced commands as I haven't played on PC very long, but I am a quick learner and would love for you to teach me what you know.
