Jan 29, 2014Mathy posted a message on Spheres in Vanilla? This is a very interesting feature. If I recall correctly, there was a way to make minecarts invisible as well. If that is true, it might be possible to have a sphere with an opening without the obvious mass of minecarts.Posted in: News
Will be interested to see if this is used in other maps, perhaps by the creator of the Code. The final destruction sphere shown in this video showed obvious similarity to Code III's ending, -

I love the detailing in everything, especially the castle walls. They have real depth, not plain flatness.
On a side note: how did you make the island's landscaping and underside? Those are perfectly roughened.

In 1.8 (doable in 1.7 but required in 1.8) item IDs are no longer numbers but are words. For example, in 1.7 or below, to give sand:
In 1.8 it must be done as such:

They can edit/hide/delete threads/posts, lock threads, move threads, issue infractions. This is only in the sections they are moderating, however. They are essentially normal users in every section but the one(s) they moderate.
Small correction: sectional moderators have an option to hide their own posts outside of their section (so I could post something in Mapping and Modding and hide it later*/**)
*I don't know why I'd need that
**It might be a bug
You will get a message about that. I actually have my application marked as denied still: sometimes something doesn't work but regardless it was accepted. You will get a PM first.

What about having the mob name be replaced with mobname{datatags}, for example /mobloot remove MobNameHere{DataOfMobHere} minecraft:DropToBeRemoved? That way all the commands stay essentially the same, but the mobs can be suffixed with data parameters for more specific conditions.
With that syntax, here's an example of how to make a "horseback" zombie with certain drops:
One further suggestion: what about /mobloot remove MobNameHere all to completely wipe a mob's drops?

Ah. Thanks for the clarification, I never knew that NBT doesn't support them...

Really, there should only be one pending application per applicant. However, the title is mostly just used as a header at the top of the application and isn't considered (unless there's something bad in it.) On the main application processing screen, it doesn't show the title of the application, only the forum name of the member. Read more about the processing here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1422941-applying-to-be-a-moderator/page__st__1840__p__18825954#entry18825954
