    Perhaps some would disagree with me on this, but considering that the Endermen can be killed by all of the conventional means of combat in addition to being killed by water, I find them disappointingly easy to deal with. An idea I had to make them a more interesting enemy would be to give them a very significant resistance to damage, as if they had a full set of armor with infinite durability, and change their reaction to water to instead remove this resistance to damage when they come in contact with it, effectively weakening them.

    As well, I would like to point out an idea that razar51 suggested in the "Enderman Is Sabotage!" thread, that instead of Endermen removing blocks randomly, they would instead only remove blocks that get in their way when aggresive towards you. This would both provide an interesting mechanic to the Endermen and make them a more challenging enemy, while also giving the people who are troubled by the fact that they can grief their creations some relief, knowing that the only way an Enderman will destroy parts of their buildings is through the fault of the player, not random chance.

    I feel that random uncontrollable picking up and moving of blocks by enderman should be removed. They should only move blocks when you aggro them/**** them off as random block moving has no purpose but to mess up the look of everything.

    Their behavior should be changed so that when pissed off, they will move blocks that are blocking their path to you away at a somewhat significant speed.
    This way their core functionality of moving blocks is maintained, but that functionality will actually serve a purpose and make the mob somewhat challenging.

    Hide behind a wall or in your house? Not anymore because the enderman will rip a hole through it if you aggro them.

    They should also get a health buff, they are REALLY easy to kill right now.



    This way the builders cannot complain because if an enderman destroys their creations it is entirely their fault and the survivalists/fighters can be happy that the enderman are more powerful and will chase them down relentlessly, breaking through their walls. (adding a CHALLANGE)

    So you're implying that anyone who likes this feature is being illogical and unreasonable? Pardon me for saying so, but that's pretty damn arrogant and self-centered.

    I actually like this feature, before it was easy to make an impenetrable building by simply closing yourself in, and to do what you attempted to do here, farm drops by building deathtraps. Now that there's something that can actively sabotage these things, you have to actually build defenses, and/or actively repair your buildings.

    All in all though, it's really a matter of personal preference, some people, myself included, will really like the idea that their creations could be cut apart at any moment, and that they need to be vigilant or clever if they wish to keep them safe. Others will hate the idea that the creations that they put much work behind could be easily sabotaged. To me, preferences like this are why the game can be played on either creative or survival mode, and on different difficulties.
