So, I started TMI back in Minecraft beta when all the tools were not in the state they are now. Initially I actually dealt with the obfuscation manually but that was a huge pain with updates (even though the code for TMI was way smaller then). So I wrote some of my own scripts to handle finding obfuscated classes etc. (Only for the stuff I actually use, not the whole game like MCP).
1.8.2 is currently sitting at pre-release 6. I don't usually do pre-releases until it seems that the release is about to come out, but I'm watching it.
Got things mostly sorted out and a Forge 1.8 version just went up. I'll also look at making some other improvements but for now it's just Forge support.
Hi guys. Yes I have been really slow. First I was waiting for Forge to come along, then the holidays hit, then I had a nasty hard drive crash (don't worry, TMI is backed up but it has taken some time to get running and caught up on projects.) It's coming. No current time estimate though as I owe someone I'm working for another project.
Well I found an interesting bug. TMI seems to be removing double stone slab blocks (43.8 and 43.9) from inventories.
I don't think that's TMI. The item list in the game itself changed and they removed some things that used to be items. E.g. water and lava "blocks" are now no longer items. That's also why your /give command wasn't working.
The ability of books to enchant anything, especially stacks, in survival mode is probably unintentional. I hope. I wonder if they will re-balance them for weapons/tools, though -- check out how little it costs to combine two sharpness 4 books into a sharpness, 5, then consider that you don't have to waste a pick to combine them.
So is it just me, or is anyone else finding that enchanted books don't check the item type or stack size? I just made (in survival mode!) an enchanted book with efficiency 4 and then enchanted a stack of fish with it, and all 64 fish got the enchantment. I wonder if there's going to be a 12w49b
