Those scaling achievements, like the ones about crops won't get in. Those are stats, not achievements.
There probably will be new ones though, I think half of all Minecrafters have gotten them all.

I don't see texture packs there either, I just put them in the same location as the minecraft application.

But if we do that, then the Nether will need something as well. Right now, it's only good for light (Glowstone, infinite fire) and mushrooms.

That's a little much to imagine. How about pictures first?

If ice spreads... Have you tried removing ALL of it? Maybe make an anti-ice wall in the lake/river/pool/whatever-it-is

Yeah, I hate the lakes that are only partly frozen. It's ugly.
