Thanks for the thoughts, but neither worked. I tried deleting the 3 things I needed, but that didn't work and appzapper won't open, I downloaded it twice even.

I ****ing hate computers.

One last bump until I declare myself royally screwed :sad.gif:

UPDATE: I even made my own god damn texture pack and it doesn't work. HELP ME COMMUNITY!!!

You have PS, so no need for the PC image editor linked there. And you can do all the expansion and compression with the Archive Utility.

Thanks, but when I searched my computer all I found was the raw .rar file. Then I manually searched every single folder in the minecraft section and I couldn't find anything.

Seriously guys, troll all you want but I have looked through every nook and cranny of the internet. I've google searched it, forum searched it, looked at the wiki but still I remain stumped and desperate enough to resort to making a whole thread about it. Is there any software I have to download? If so which is the best? Thanks in advance.

Just what I thought, no one can help me.
Still open to suggestions though...

SO one day I had a lot of texture packs, then for some reason, when I clicked on default, the simplex texture pack was showing up. I thought hey, I might as well delete all my texture packs then! Wrong answer, it didn't work. It didn't bug me until later when new blocks came in to play.

After beta I said screw this crap! I need to find a solution NOW. After a bit of messing with folders and seeing what's where, I deleted my bin folder and restarted the game. I was sooo overjoyed when simplex came back to spit in my face. I got pissed so I deleted the whole game, I thought it would fix it for SURE. Well guess what? NOT HAPPENING. Even after deleting the minecraft folder, emptying the trash, and redownloading the game, simplex still showed up.

And that brings us to today. I downloaded mcpatcher and I messed around. Eventually the button showed up to test the game, I clicked it and THE NORMAL TP WAS RESTORED!!! But then I clicked patch, opened up the real minecraft game, and it was still at the simplex texture pack. Now I'm stuck opening mcpatcher whenever I want to play minecraft. I don't like this, not one bit.

Please, community, help me DDDD;

Answers I will ignore:
- Delete bin folder
- Redownload game
- Deal with it
- TL;DR
- Download a default texture pack
- Download another texture pack
