Makuta Nazo is back again, with a new cooperative four player map.
The Divide is a map designed to split up your team so you are unable assist each other normally, and place you in a small biome with lack of certain kind of essential supplies. To give your friend supplies that they will need, there are transporters supplied to you at the corner of your biome, but you can only transport materials to the players directly next to you, meaning you can't directly give the player diagonally across from you supplies. Each of the four biomes are different, containing different vegetation, materials, and ores.

Now please... please don't use any hacking or cheating software or texture packs, it really does ruin the fun of the game.
Also please don't climb the walls of your enclosure, the surrounding map is just a flatgrass map, your not missing a whole lot.
There are enough materials for players to JUST about do everything essential to survive, but you have to barter and trade with the others to do so.
This map is intended for a minimum of FOUR players... but does have support for more players in multiples of four (I.E. 8, 12, 16, ect...) If there are more than four players, then be sure to use the teleporter one group of four at a time.

Also, if you would like to make and post a video to Youtube, please do... I would love to have feed back and constructive criticism on my maps. With this I can make larger, and better maps in the future.

Hey its a great map going to YouTube
Its usually unending night time, but there is the occasional glitch if you leave the terraformer too long where day and night cycles pass normally.

Makuta Nazo here with my newest in my simply map collection. This is a small very simple map with lava... everywhere. There is a slight back story to this map for flavor, but its in no way an adventure map.

Your team is in orbit of the sun trying to terraform the atmosphere and make it somewhat habitable. You are mostly complete, but three days before final terraformation, your station is hit with a solar flare, and strands you on the suns surface. The heat is unbearable, and the air thin, but you can survive, and now must try to reactivate the terraformer, and live as long as you can.

    RachamanX's Letsplay:

There is also a small easter egg known as the "Sol Survivor Kids Camp". Nothing special there, just some fun on the inside.

The map has support for up to SEVERAL players, but only the main player will start in the spawning escape pod, the rest will spawn in on the first spaceship part.

I wouldn't mind seeing video play through of this map, or any of my other ones... please?

Well I would love to see a nether fortress asteroid and maybe an spider cave/spider hive or whatever it's called asteroid Other one included a big trading post asteroid(villagers), a abandoned mine asteriod, a temple asteroid ( hid a key{a redstone torch} to get in side) with many mobs but many treasures, a trap asteroid (for rage quitters), a cube asteroid ( i don't know, it was something that popped into my head), more end asteroids, and finally a credits asteroid. of course i have more, but i'll tell you if you like these ideas. So answer me back. :steve_wink: :SSWORD: :DBlock: :iapprove: diamonds to you!!!!! :Diamond: :Diamond: :Diamond: :Diamond: :|):
Thanks for the idea! I have a few cube-stroids... as well as a netherfortress stroid... the blaze challange is good enough for rage quitters, and i WAS hopeing to build a maze asteroids... out of silver fish blocks :3... when you get the treasure, the blocks start turning into silver fish, so you gotta get out before it turns into nothing XD!

Awesome Map bro. I suggest adding more "islands" in the future. This would be awesome on my server. I have a bunch of ideas for Islands if you would like. Thank you, it was fun.
Thats great! I still would like to make it challenging though. What ideas of asteroids do you have? I've previously had other asteroids on older versions, but the other maps are outdated... 1.1 had only 7 of them between the nether and overworld XD!

posted a message on {1.5}{Surv} Survival Asteroids: 1.5!
Hey yall, Makuta Nazo Signing in AGAIN... again...

I'm back again with my only map series that I've decided to spend any time rebooting with the new updates...

Like usual, there is the whole "Survival Island" Theme to it, but partially harsher, partially more forgiving...

You start in a cobble stone escape pod crashed into a small asteroid... the tree, is actually growing out the side of the asteroid instead of the top, making it more difficult to harvest your first batch of wood. There are several other small asteroids within the vicinity of your spawn point, and all house a specific kind and amount of material. I made TWO updates to this map that I never forum posted, and if you would like you can take the links here:

    Version 1.3.1: http://www.mediafire...zp4f7g7d1o4yr0v

    Version 1.4.7: http://www.mediafire...rkw1nuyucc4svza

    * I guarantee all download links are as advertised and are not scams, swindles, viruses, malicious programs, other unwanted files, or sexy pronz (sry guys). If I DID somehow manage to screw up and get the wrong link posted for the advertised object, OR the link somehow doesn't work, please inform me in the comments below and I will get fixed as soon as possible.

Now, I know what you're REALLY here for. My 1.5 version that was updated before the 1.5 release (though posted after >.>). It even now has support for up to FOUR players... BUT it gets really crowded after two people...

There are a total of eleven asteroids in the overworld:
1 Spawn-stroid: Small rock, dirt, and grass asteroid where your escape pod crashed.
2 Moon-stroid: Smaller rock orbiting the Spawn-stroid with an exposed core.
3 Geo-stroid: Yet another Small rocky asteroid... but this one is hollow...
4 Frost-stroid: Frozen ball of water covered in snow.
5 Planet-stroid: Small block of land, with partial cave system.
6 Comet: Make a wish man...
7 Shroom-stroid: Spore of fungus... among us...
8 Villager fort: So you aren't the first one to become stranded in this field?
9 Gia-stroid: A living botanical asteroid with its own light source.
10 Settled-stroid: So, wheres the inhabitant?
11 Event zero: The problem that caused your crew to abandon ship in the first place!

As well there is even a Nether realm of this map, with seven more asteroids!:
1 Nether-stroid: Tiny netherrack ball. Entrance of nether portal.
2 Glow-stroid: Ball of glowstone, in the middle of NOWHERE...
3 Castle-stroid: A nether fortress, built by... who???...
4 Temple-stroid: A shiny white crystal shrine to power.
5 Hut-stroid: There's a cobblestone hut in the nether... and who's that in there?
6 Ufo: The sister ship of the one you were previously apart of... but somethings not right...
7 Blaze Challenge: A fun (and difficult) challenge by me, designed to test your daring!

There is also a nineteenth asteroid, known as the Mega-stroid... but its in no known dimension

Now of course you would want some pictures, and I will oblige and give you these. I didn't take pictures of the nether because I was lazy and forgot...

There are also a several set of challenges I made to make play more interesting. You don't HAVE to abide by these rules and challenges, but this makes it more fun in my opinion.
(Please don't use hax, dat is cheating)
    1. Build a cobblestone generator
    2. Collect 1 of each color wool (it IS possible)
    3. Build a house (must be proofed against mob entry of most forms, besides accidental enderman, creeper, or level hard zombies)
    4. Build one of each kind of farm-
    -Wheat
    -Melon
    -Pumpkin
    -Cocoa
    -Tree (all 4 types)
    -Netherwart
    -Potato
    -Reed
    -Cactus
    5. Create a mob grinder (must be able to spawn mobs and kill them automatically)
    6. Visit every overworld asteroid.
    7. Construct a nether portal.
    8. Visit every nether asteroid.
    9. Build a Whither.
    10. Find the nineteenth asteroid.
    11. Record a lets play!... Please?...

Now for the 1.5 download link!
    1.5: http://www.mediafire...l50k270q4lbqjzz
    * I guarantee all download links are as advertised and are not scams, swindles, viruses, malicious programs, other unwanted files, or sexy pronz (sry guys). If I DID somehow manage to screw up and get the wrong link posted for the advertised object, OR the link somehow doesn't work, please inform me in the comments below and I will get that fixed as soon as possible.

Please have fun and tell me what you think of the map :D . In my opinion is a expanding version of 'Survival Island'.

This is a realy excelent mod!

Though it does enhance the extremness of survival, i feel like its still missing a few things, like a few new blocks, a new set of armor, and a new dimension? Like a reflector block, wich sends out a redstone current when in direct sunlight? Reflector armor (Obsidion glass armor) has the same defense rating as leather, but a full suit will protect you from the sun rays? and a Sol Dimension, where you burn (unless wearing reflector armor) and have to fight a boss to restore the world to normal? And when the world begins to restore, it needs to rain like a broken fire hydrant because all that water evaporate into the atmosphere XD!

Oh, and if you open pandoras box in the nether, should it freeze over? :3

And pandoras box needs to explode if you open it in the End :3

Now, this is your mod so you dont have to acknowledge me or anything :P , i just feel like these things would really enchance the mod. :D

posted a message on [Surv/Co-op/Pvp] 'Dat Volcano Super Hostile Map
EDIT: IMPORTANT!!! After some testing with a freind of mine, ive deemed this map (without cheating) impossible. i will be making another version that is more competative and player freindly in the future so stay tuned, you can still download the map if you want.

    Makuta Nazo back again.
This time with a EXTREMELY hard map I made with inspiration from a freind. He stated "I would like to survive in a massive room filled with lava." And I went and made this monstrosity...

The core of the map is 100 x 100 x 100 and covers over 1,000,000 cubic meters (thankyou Mc edit...) and is entirely filled with lava source blocks. The map is designed to have anywhere from 1 to 8 players at one time. There are several sections to the map itself. The spawn, the fountain, the lobby, and the four starting domes.

The Four starting area's are all exactly alike (except mabey a few grass blades) And have the same resources. They are surrounded by glass and suspended in lava. There are ALOT of glass domes within the lava that have useful resources, such as iron, gold, diamond, mobs, ect.

There are also two portal rooms, one to the nether, and one to the end. These are important to 'winning' a pvp or competative co-op game.

    Rules of the map:
    1: No cheating.
2: No leaving the map itself (I.E. Nether fast travel).
3: No Nether portal building, there is a portal provided.
4: Do not return to the spawn, fountain, or lobby once you leave.
    5: Have fun.

If you are playing a Co-op or pvp, fun guidelines to follow for 'winning' a match would consist of-
-The team (or player) that collects at least 3 DIFFERENT music discs wins. (there are no music discs provided)
-The team (or player) that travels to the End and kills the Dragon wins. (Dictated by last shot)
-The team (or player) that collects every color of wool wins.
-Killing the enemy players should not count as that dieing is gaurenteed on this map.

For example: Say a team travels to the nether and starts a fight with the dragon, another team can still win by making all the wool colors before the dragon is dead.

Have fun, and good luck. Youre going to need it.

    Makuta Nazo here!

This is the early stages of my next map! Its an empty, blank white void of nothing n stuph. Its still in beta stages so it may be missing a few things, i wont post a challange board here because of what it may or maynot have.

The majority of the map is a blank void... but there is a void village, a void igglo, Notchs house, ender tower, and the spawn point.

Play and give me feed back about the map, its designed for the limited resource survivour.

*Important!!!* For the record, i have in this version done NOTHING to the nether and the end... they are both in the previous map version (This map was adapted from my own survival astroids.) so please dont try to warp there just yet.

I also suggest you play on normal render distance on fancy settings... this way you can still see the clouds (they add affect) and have that white fog at the end of your vision. Clouds disapear in short render distance (to bad).

Im sorry for lack of pictures, this beta is actually intended for my freinds more than the public, but here is one anyways.

I also saw that after the creator made it open source, he stopped making newer version, so is there a link to a updated mcedit somewhere???? :/
