    @theDumb12 - Make sure you have the GuiAPI in the coremods folder. Also make sure it's the correct version ;-)

    Also, when posting crashlogs, could you put them in a spoiler tag? That way people can read your comments or questions easier and then open up the crash log to read without getting in the way.

    Np. I'm not sure about MoCreatures. I have 97 mods installed myself. I have both Millenaire and MoCreatures installed. I modified the config-server-custom.txt file in the millenaire-custom folder. See below for example settings as I think Millenaire doesn't have IDs in their file either.

    Ok after trial and error, for me the Client needs GuiAPI installed into the coremods folder but the server needs GuiAPI to be opened with winrar and whatever is in it be extracted into the Minecraft_Server.jar directly. Thankfully all are good now, minus some entity conflicts =p

    When I installed on my server, I left the GUI API out completely. I'm pretty sure it isn't needed anymore.

    Previously, you would have to install the GUI API into the server jar file just as you said. It really wasn't used, it's just that Mo Creatures was referencing some of the classes from the API in SMP mode. In reality, the server ignores any GUI API settings and uses mocreatures.cfg located in the config directory.

    I think DrZhark corrected this issue as the mod seems to run fine when installed on the server without the GUI API. It would be nice to have SMP installation instructions on the first page though. The video is still showing how to install using the old 4.4.0 API which didn't even use a coremod. It used the internal GUI API mod only.

    I'm not sure if I missed this in the installation instructions on page 1, but for those that are trying to install mo creatures 4.5.0 on an SMP server, do not place the GUI API in the core mods folder. It does not load in an SMP environment and it seems that MoCreatures no longer needs it when installed on the SMP server.

    Other than that, it was an easy upgrade moving from 1.4.6/4.4.0 to 1.4.7/4.5.0.

    Hello - I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction.

    Last night, I began to upgrade my 1.4.6 MC server to 1.4.7. During the upgrade process, I also decided to upgrade to Millénaire 4.0.0 in the process.

    After upgrading all of my mods to the latest versions - I was able to load MC, create, and play a new world. Before upgrading my server, I decided to copy my world save file and play it locally as SSP. When playing my world in single player, the world loads up fine. However, after a few seconds, my in game chat console is spammed with the following message:

    Lothar Answald happens to be the town leader. I'm not sure if that information will be of any help.

    The town itself is located right next to my base. I trade with the villagers often so I won't have to cut down trees myself. Hopefully, I can correct the issue. If I cannot, I would like to remove the town and possibly create a new town in its place.

    I was having the same issue. It seems that the spawn settings were ignored when I copied them from my SSP to SMP environment.

    However, after looking around my folders, I noticed that when Mo Creatures is installed on a server, the server will create a default config file in the config directory. Unlike when running in SSP where the configuration is stored in the guiconfig.properties of the mods/mocreatures folder - the server stores it's settings in /config/MoCreatures.cfg.

    They are also in a completely different format. So, do not copy your config file from the SSP environment into your SMP server setup.

    Hi Karob,

    I hope there is a patch in the future to bring the options loader into the forge SMP environment.

    For the moment, I have rendered out a very large area of chunks in Single Player using Forge/BWG/BT and then copied the map to my server and have it running without BT. This gives me the look and feel with the existing trees, but no new trees or chunks will have those awesome looking trees that I'm addicted to.

    Thanks for the quick reply Karob. I would love to see a new patch for BWG as I don't think that BWG will be releasing a new version just for 1.4.7 as it is byte compatible.

    I am in the process of setting up a minecraft server and I would love to incorporate BT into the map before it gets used. If you know of a work around (omitting specific classes from the patch) or have a quick fix, let us know.

    In the mean time, have a happy new year! :D
