What is the server about? :
The server is a Serious RP Server based the fantasy world known as Florin. We are passionate about creating a believable and amazing experience for you to play and grow in as your character would. This includes customizable characters (race, age, appearance etc.), serious rp chat system (explained below), elaborate worlds and lore. This is only the beginning of what all is in the world of Florin!
Unique Chat Mechanic :
The chat is a huge part
of the server and we decided to keep it realistic. When you first join the server, you are put into the G-OOC channel (Global Out of Character), this means when you type, it is OOC (Out of Character) and everyone can hear it, though we ask that you only use this when you are asking for help. (There is also L-OOC (Local Out of Character)). To start into the world, we ask you to type /join rp which will switch you over to the role-play channel. When you type regularly, only people 20-30 blocks away can here you, when you type /whisper (message) people only 8 blocks away can hear you and when you type/shout (message) people 40-50 blocks away can hear you. This helps simulate speaking.What are we looking for? :
