Not true, Minecraft Pi is the only version that has integrated Python programing interface, enabling players to learn programming. You can make scripts even more powerful than command blocks. However, i must agree with the fact that mc pi edition is very outdated and that Mojang shoud put much more effort into it. Btw people like MC Pi Edition is because it's FREE.
ppl can learn Java with PC MC. and Java is a much more used/useful language (IMO)
